This baskin robin is always busy but the service is always good sorta slow cause there is only one person working everytime, but the ice cream is always consistent. This rating is about what I ate: the service was delightful. I ordered a waffle bowl, which I'd not had at a Baskins before, & was looking forward to vanilla and sugary goodness. My two flavors were: Chocolate Fudge ( too cocoa-y, rather unpleasant, even a bit of salt in it. ). =3 Twix Caramel: Not bad! =7 Marshmallow sauce: = 3, I remember when it was fluffy Waffle bowl = 0!! The worst!! It tasted SO WEIRD!!! Like an aged stale cinnamon-hinted cardboard with artificial flavor that should have been vanilla. There shouldn't be any cinnamon!!??!! Ick. Someone screwed up. I came in with my son for an after-school treat. We arrived at 3:15 pm. on September 24, 2024. I ask for one small scoop of cookies and cream. The girl that was not in any type of uniform told me I don't have enough 1 scoop. Asked if any was in the back ,she cut me off. She told me they won't receive any more until Thursday. Two girls were working on the recent hottest day. One was slow, but working her tail off. The second girl was doing everything else except taking care of the rush the store had. We waited 20 minutes in line for orders that should not have taken that long to fulfill. Ice cream is old and icey. Cases were filthy, a layer of dust and crumbs in the waffle cone case (how long have the cones been in there?) Floor dirty. Clerks apron was filthy. Just a really dirty store. Too bad, 31 flavors are becoming extinct. read more

My mom went to get a cake for my grandmothers birthday. At first it said "happy 6th birthday mom" first off, does it make any sense for them to put 6. It is suppose to say 60. Then when we saw it and had her fix it, but instead of fixing it she removed the whole thing. Our cake only says "birthday mom" instead of just adding a "0" she removed everything. There was one other person in the place and she told me she would be right with me. As soon as she was done ringing up the other order, she asked me what I wanted.
