The staff was so friendly and let us sample lots of different flavors. I ended up getting the pumpkin cheesecake and pistachio almond... mmmm so good. The store was clean and had plenty of seating indoor and out. They had a freezer with full size cakes, a case with the scoopable ice cream, and also a case with prepared desserts, lots of fun treats and some with trendier flavors like dubai chocolate. read more

I didn't catch any names, but two employees were working the night shift on 12/7/25 during the 80-cent scoop promotion. My boyfriend and I ordered 4 scoops through the app for pickup, while in-store customers were being allowed up to 6 scoops per transaction. When we arrived, we went to the designated "Pickup" area and were completely ignored for about three minutes. The male employee at the register was letting his female coworker handle all the customers, and it was clear he didn't want to assist anyone. After ringing up a family, he stepped aside and told her to take care of the rest of the line while he just stood there. When we finally got acknowledged, he told us, "There's a lot of online orders, you need to wait in line," which makes no sense--online ordering is specifically meant to avoid waiting in the regular line. His comment made us think our order wasn't ready yet, so we waited again. As soon as we reached the female employee, she grabbed our order in less than a minute. Our order had been ready the entire time, right next to where the male employee had been standing. Not only were we ignored, but we had to wait an additional several minutes just to speak to the other worker who was clearly doing her best. i've worked in customer service for years and his was terrible and disappointing. EVEN IF YOU ARE BUSY proper customer service is so simple...all he had to do was just ACKNOWLEDGE us and be like "sorry for the wait folks it's been busy all day but what's the name for the order so i can see if it's ready or not for you" but instead he chose to ignore us and was rude On top of that, the male employee arbitrarily capped a family's scoop limit at three, even though the promotion allowed six. It wasn't his decision to make, and it was unfair to the family who clearly wanted to order more. If we were able to get four scoops through mobile order, they should have been able to as well. Props to the female employee for carrying the entire shift on her own. She was the only one providing decent service. read more

Again I struggle giving this place anymore than a 1 star review. Serious props to DoorDash who Acctually tried to call and change my ice cream this time CAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF IT AGAIN. I am so serious I'm not sure they have ever had the ice cream I'm looking for and yet I continue to frequent this heck hole of a we are out of your ice cream adventure. Horrible service! I walked in and there was a 10 year-old at the counter and I know that's not legal.They wouldn't honor a coupon. I had two dollars off a frozen large drink. Supposedly they said the coupon was not working but yet I ended up spending $42.45. That's not good customer service at all. They could have taken the two dollars off of something else if they really wanted to and on top of all of that they charge me $.99 for whipped cream on my milkshake and didn't tell me there would be an extra fee. The front person was very rude and very sarcastic and mumbled stuff behind my back as I was walking out the door. And the place was dirty will never ever visit this 31 flavors again. read more

Typical BR. Service is good. Choices were okay as they were out of several flavors. Docked stars because the small seating area was disheveled and the tables were dirty. Made an online order a few days ago to pick 4/13 at 11:30am. Get there it's not ready. They didn't even apologize and I have to wait an additional 20 minutes when we had a scheduled time for pick up. Not a good experience for me and won't be buying from them again. Nothing Bundt and Hans and Harry service's definitely beats this place. The orders with them are always on time. I love coming to this location because they always keep it well stocked and the featured ice cream of the month seems to arrive here sooner than other stores. The place is well kept and clean. Surprised this location did not last long considering all the places to eat nearby. Stopped in one night for some ice cream. Typical Baskin Robbins ice cream. I usually get a 2 scoop serving. Ordered a Birthday cake - very well done - prettier than the sample picture! They were very careful to confirm everything in the order and it came out exactly as requested. This is the worst location. We live nearby and used to frequent often, but as time goes by, everything about it has declined. The kids that work there are rude, and they have 0 communication skills. We enjoy a banana royal, and what we pay our ice cream is always smaller than a kid scoop with a pile of banana slices to cover up the lack of ice cream. It's a disappointment every time. You definitely don't get your money's worth. I definitely will NOT give my money to this place again. read more

I promised my daughter ice cream from here since it's been so hot lately and she had the rainbow sherbet. She definitely ate it all. A kid's cup was $2.29. Not bad. The wait was a little long because there was a family of four in front of us but I stepped in when the lady said "Who's next?" She didn't even look at me so I told her what I wanted. It was quick and easy. There's around three tables inside and a single restroom for customers. They had lots of flavors to choose from. I definitely liked that. I didn't have any this time since I wanted food and wasn't craving something sweet. I am watching my sugar intake. Plenty of parking around and I would definitely come back if my daughter wanted ice cream. read more

We ordered a cake for my daughter's 9th birthday from this Baskin Robbins in IB and this 31 flavor crew just set the ice cream cake bar insanely high. Seriously...I will drive there for all our cakes as their creativity, attention to small details (flip flops with a Disney/Hawaiin beach theme) and customer service is crazy good! I don't know how this is possible but the cake tasted better than it looked and this was a darn fine looking cake. Go see these guys, they will take any birthday cake to the next level and ensure your families indelible memories! read more

I loved my experience at Baskin-Robbins. the workers were so kind and hard-working, however a quick note Baskin Robbins doesn't let their workers take their own tips. Every tip you give to them ends up going to the store which is unfair and cruel for the workers who earn them. The company is horrible and overworks them. At least let them have their tips THAT THEY WORKED FOR!!!!!!!! read more

If zero stars was an option I would pick that. We're in the middle of a pandemic and you can't even put a glove on or are use a napkin to handle my food. It was gross and I ended up throwing the cone away. My family and I were having an ice cream craving tonight and we were trying to decide between BR31 or Cold Stone. Wow did we pick the wrong place! I asked for a two scoop Sunday and instead got a single kids scoop with a little Carmel drizzled on it. They advertised accepting all payment types, but when I looked at the amount before paying, I noticed they were about to charge me $27 for just five tacos. This seemed incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff's response was not helpful. They tried saying an 8% charge justifies the amount but the receipt said $20? My math wasn't incorrect nor was I in the wrong and the man behind the grill acted passive aggressive offering me the order for free in a digusting way . I decided to walk away. I hope they can improve their communication and pricing clarity.

The overall vibe was bleak--employees looked disengaged and unhappy, which immediately set a negative tone. After ordering a cone, the worker placed it directly on a visibly dirty counter instead of handing it to me. That's unsanitary and unacceptable for food service. When I asked for a refund because of this, they refused, even though the issue was caused by their handling. On top of that, there was an uncomfortable situation happening in the store where a man was arguing with a mother and her child after she told him to stop talking to her kid. The interaction was tense and inappropriate, and the staff did absolutely nothing to intervene or de-escalate the situation. They just stood there and ignored it. Between the lack of basic customer service, poor food handling hygiene, refusal to refund, and complete inaction during a tense interaction in the store, this was not a place that felt welcoming, professional, or safe. I won't be returning.
