Vanilla Oreo cookie ice cream cake
Shady R.

Im normally last minute to order these sorts of things . I went to the kapolei location to get my daughter her ice cream cake and there was some variety of flavors but i wanted something that wasn't displayed . The girl working asked what flavor I wanted as she went to look in the back to check and she got me what I wanted . I left as a happy customer and would recommend anyone if they are looking for ice cream cake to order from baskin robins.

My plain "jamoca" shake gone wrong. They used the wrong ice cream and used jamoca almond fudge. I hate nuts too

This Baskin Robin's in located in Sheraton Waikiki hotel nearest to their pools. Walk past past escalators leading to the ballroom and you'll find this ice cream shop in its own corner. They have their own prices and not typical Baskin Robin prices which is why my family always loved coming here after walking around Waikiki. However, with this one visit it honestly ruined it all for me. We came in on a Saturday night after dinner and there were 5 people inside the store. With COVID pandemic restrictions they have a sign near the entrance no more than 5 people in the shop at a time which I truly respect. However after I entered this whole COVID protocol didn't seem to matter as they had a rush and there were NO SOCIAL DISTANCING whatsoever! I had tourists literally 6 inches away from me looking at ice cream flavors trying to decide what they wanted to eat. Non of the employees acknowledged the fact their shop was over crowded nor respected the safety for their other customers. Besides that whole freak of our safety with COVID, they screwed up my order too. We ordered a brownie sundae with rocky road and Jamaica almond fudge and a single scoop of cookies n cream. Those are my boyfriend's and son's go to! However all I ordered was a medium Jamoca and what - a - fail. First of all the employee didn't even make enough shake to fill my cup. There was about 1 inch gab from the top of the shake to my lid and she kept trying to scrape out all the minimal excess from the blender bowl and had the audacity to give me the shake like that! My boyfriend was like no. We are gonna pay prices of you milkshake for it not to be a full cup? And her co worker saw and she said make more! She blended more, and obviously filled MY cup but literally threw away all the extra that was still left in the blender ‍‍‍‍ Wanting to get out of that possible COVID body to body filled room we ate outside with chairs. First few sips I noticed nuts in my milkshake. Literally every single sip I was chewing it. I thought maybe they didn't rinse out their spoons well while scooping my ice cream... Theb I saw chocolate at the bottom of my shake. 3/4 through I figured she made it wrong and made Jamaica Almond Fudge. And I absolutely hate nuts. I couldn't finish it. I didnt want to go back into that shop with all those people in there too. So it was a total loss for me. Be safe and always double check your orders! Atleast with their current staffing at the moment. It was never like this before.

Ice cream - yum. Pretty much like all baskin robbins. Single scoop is a little pricey, better value in Sunday or banana split.

Pretty good but a crap ton of hot fudge if you got a sundae. A little pricey. Appreciate the atmosphere and nice workers.

Their ice cream is made in house so theyre able to get some pretty great flavors on their menu. The shop is small, but the staff is always helpful. Theyll allow you to sample some flavors if youre unsure of its crazy name! The triple scoop sampler comes on a perfect little serving plate. Easy for sharing. Since this ice cream shop is located in chinatown, parking isn't the greatest at times. There is no designated parking for this ice cream shop but you can hopefully find nearby street parking or go to a nearby parking garage. It's easiest if youre just on foot. All in all, definitely an ice cream parlor worth trying out!

I did have an upset moment because my gps said I would get to Asato's at 1:58 so mentally I decided "I guess I didn't need it". But... lucky for me, traffic was in my favor and there was no delays, no red lights, and a parking space right out front so I got out of the car at precisely 1:55! Whew, I checked in and ran inside, excited that I made it. Also, super happy they were not sold out. You know I also cannot just get 1 pint. I took home 2 Pumpkin Custard, a Strawberry and candied ginger (which i got for mom so she doesnt get mad that I restocked the freezer). I did a purse grab and go so fast I did not notice the duchess status until going back to the car! So woohoo! I will definitely be sure to post a photo of my homemade pumpkin pie with the homemade deliciousness of pumpkin custard sherbert later this week! Happy Thanksgiving!

The most creamiest one I've tasted was Kūlolo Haupia while being a passenger on a hot day. My son and I have so far enjoyed their classic: green river, pineapple, strawberry and seasonal flavors: Super Li Hing, Li Hing Float, Lemon Peel Cola Gummy. My hubby not so much because he prefers more cream in the mixture or ice cream. A personal preference for him. More for us. Hahahahaha! There are weekly rotations for their classic and seasonal flavors now available at Foodland Farms Ka Makana Ali'i and Pearl City. I usually select and buy various pint flavors from Foodland Farms Pearl City. Go early because supply will run low during lunch time or early afternoon pending on the seasonal flavors. Follow them via IG for more deets. My son decided to grab a random flavor from our home freezer, Super Li Hing. Without checking the freezer, I asked son, "Did you eat a few scoops or the whole pint?" He responded, "I ate the whole pint." He added, "It reminded him of eating shave ice." I will accept this as a gracious compliment. Infinite gratitude to all of the hardworking staff for creating, executing and producing one of a kind, edible, fun, pint size, local sensations for all to enjoy!

Somehow, it ended up being the same price, if not cheaper, than the Baskin-Robbins by my house. That alone threw me off. Then the ice cream showed up... and now I'm suspicious for a different reason. Flavor was a straight 10 out of 10. Not "it's hot so I'll take anything cold" good, actually good. Like someone back there cares about your happiness. Portion size? Out of control. These guys are not measuring anything. It felt personal. Like they saw me walk in and said "yeah, give this guy the full send." And listen, I've never once in my life said "that's too much fudge." That's not a sentence I use. But they pushed me to the edge. Sundae came out looking like it was melting under pressure. Fudge dripping down the sides, chocolate overflowing like it had somewhere to be. I couldn't even take a picture because it was already escaping. One wrong move and I'm wearing it. At one point I wasn't even eating it anymore, I was just trying to contain the situation. This is exactly how a sundae should be. Messy, overloaded, slightly stressful, and 100 percent worth it. I'll be back... but next time I'm bringing backup.

It's the kind of spot you're most likely to discover while wandering in or out of Ginza Bairin, following a luxurious tonkatsu meal craving something cold and refreshing. The setup is refreshingly no-frills: medium styrofoam cups, flavors handwritten in Sharpie, and two separate freezers dividing ice cream and sorbet. The texture runs on the firmer side, which actually works in its favor -- your scoop holds up beautifully in the island heat and doesn't melt into a puddle five minutes later. Given the generous portions, you probably won't be refreezing leftovers anyway. The tropical fruit sorbets are the clear stars, made with fresh fruit and bursting with natural flavor. Mango, lychee, and guava taste vibrant and authentic -- bright, fragrant, and not overly sweet due to the natural acidity from using real fruit. Beyond the classics, there are some fun and unexpected options like corn cheese, durian, and avocado for the more adventurous palate. The standout for me, though, was the Kona coffee ice cream. It avoids the common trap of being cloyingly sweet and instead leans into a rich, dark, nutty undertone with an intense coffee essence that lingers in the best way. It feels grown-up and balanced -- deeply satisfying without overpowering. Whether you're looking for the perfect palate cleanser after tonkatsu or just want a cold treat while strolling through Waikiki, Henry's Place delivers simple, memorable scoops that taste like they're made with care. No frills, no fuss -- just really good ice cream and sorbet.
