This was my first, last, and best shave ice during my time in Waikiki beach. I got a shave ice with mango, cherry, and watermelon. I also added the triple mango ice cream and asked them to put it at the bottom so it didn't melt. Would highly recommend what I just mentioned. Loved everything about this shave ice. I celebrated every bite, but dreaded the last one. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would give it. Overall, it was phenomenal. Make sure you give it a try! read more

Famous 31 flavors nestled in the heart of Waikiki. Get more for your monies worth with a double scoop or more. I enjoyed every spoonful of Pumpkin Cheesecake, a rich pumpkin spice with plain cheesecake consistency. I also loved the Pistachio Almond, a creamy and tasty pistachio with crunchy almonds. There are a couple of round tables with chairs indoors. If you're staying at Sheraton Waikiki, you're welcome to charge costs directly to your room. read more

Baskin-Robbins - My cookies and cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

One of the few remaining accessible "late night" dessert stops in town. The last few years have caused many businesses to cut back on hours and it seems there's a refusal to go back to "late night" hours. As I've said before, there are still a ton of people who eat late dinners and want an event later dessert! A 10:00 PM close time can hardly be defined as "late night", but here we are struggling to find a dessert place on a week day that's opened past 8:00 PM. Anyways, my partner and I came a few days ago to BR on a week night and it was my first time in years revisiting a BR. After this visit, I'm going to have to add BR back into my rotation of spots to hit up! Parking is easy peasy. There's a private lot with parking and ample street parking along King Street. The store is tidy, clean and well lit. I think the store might've gone through a relatively recent renovation, but it's SO clean. I only wish there was more tables and chairs for dining in and a trash can outside for those of us who need to eat near our cars because there's no available seating. Anyways, tons of flavors, simple topping options, and quick service. I'll be back for more of that Oreo S'mores and Cotton Candy ice cream! read more

Was surprised to see negative reviews. Went here two times during our time in Waikiki. Never a line longer than two people. Always friendly smiling service. I do find it odd a two scoop sundae is cheaper than two scoops in a cup with no toppings. All in all. I forgot how good BR ice cream was! read more

Thank you so much Chris for our birthday scoop!! Very approachable and friendly employee! Visiting every time we're out in Hawaii!

The ice cream taste gritty and sticky- sadly the scoops are very small & even though I gave a 10% tip ( on a scoop of ice cream because that's how their payment system is set up) the cashier walked up to the person scooping my 1 scoop of iced cream and whisper something. Hopefully management can work on training. read more

For vegans who don't know, Baskin-Robbins carries one vegan flavor of ice cream. I think they might have a sorbet as well, but I'm in it for the creaminess! This location on the ground floor of the Sheraton Waikiki is my favorite spot. I like to walk Kalakaua to get a little exercise and people watch, then stop by the Baskin Robbins for a dessert and walk along the ocean side of the hotel to take in the views or go for a swim. They are often busy and always friendly. I miss the vegan mint chocolate chip flavor, since that's been my favorite since childhood and going to BR to get it feels nostalgic. However, they've had Cookies 'N Cream for a year or so, and it's delicious too! I'm pretty sure corporate sets the vegan flavor for all stores, so that's not up to this location. Great spot for the whole family to enjoy a tasty treat! read more

This location is inside the Sheraton Waikiki. It is near the main pool area next to the nail salon. We were served quickly and with a smile. We got the pistachio/almond & chicken /waffles . Both flavors which we don't have on the mainland. Glad to try something new. Remember, the staff are more than happy to let you try a sample if you're undecided on what flavor to pick. read more

Very nice service and generally short lines. And the ice cream is good. The one big problem, and the issue is Hawaii not BR, is the ice cream melts fast because of the heat. read more

Im normally last minute to order these sorts of things . I went to the kapolei location to get my daughter her ice cream cake and there was some variety of flavors but i wanted something that wasn't displayed . The girl working asked what flavor I wanted as she went to look in the back to check and she got me what I wanted . I left as a happy customer and would recommend anyone if they are looking for ice cream cake to order from baskin robins. read more

I have not been here since probably 2018. They have updated the interior so it looks refreshed. They were quick to greet me on both occasions when I went. The first time I ordered two scoops of ice cream and they were delish. I hadn't had their ice cream in so long and packed ones at the grocery just aren't the same. On my next adventure, I had a two scoop sundae. It tasted good, but it was dinky for $7. I forgot the scoops are smaller for the sundae, but the fudge was good. I made sure I got all the toppings with it being as expensive as it is. This economy is killing businesses, but I will do what I can to keep the economy going. read more

This Baskin Robin's in located in Sheraton Waikiki hotel nearest to their pools. Walk past past escalators leading to the ballroom and you'll find this ice cream shop in its own corner. They have their own prices and not typical Baskin Robin prices which is why my family always loved coming here after walking around Waikiki. However, with this one visit it honestly ruined it all for me. We came in on a Saturday night after dinner and there were 5 people inside the store. With COVID pandemic restrictions they have a sign near the entrance no more than 5 people in the shop at a time which I truly respect. However after I entered this whole COVID protocol didn't seem to matter as they had a rush and there were NO SOCIAL DISTANCING whatsoever! I had tourists literally 6 inches away from me looking at ice cream flavors trying to decide what they wanted to eat. Non of the employees acknowledged the fact their shop was over crowded nor respected the safety for their other customers. Besides that whole freak of our safety with COVID, they screwed up my order too. We ordered a brownie sundae with rocky road and Jamaica almond fudge and a single scoop of cookies n cream. Those are my boyfriend's and son's go to! However all I ordered was a medium Jamoca and what - a - fail. First of all the employee didn't even make enough shake to fill my cup. There was about 1 inch gab from the top of the shake to my lid and she kept trying to scrape out all the minimal excess from the blender bowl and had the audacity to give me the shake like that! My boyfriend was like no. We are gonna pay prices of you milkshake for it not to be a full cup? And her co worker saw and she said make more! She blended more, and obviously filled MY cup but literally threw away all the extra that was still left in the blender ‍‍‍‍ Wanting to get out of that possible COVID body to body filled room we ate outside with chairs. First few sips I noticed nuts in my milkshake. Literally every single sip I was chewing it. I thought maybe they didn't rinse out their spoons well while scooping my ice cream... Theb I saw chocolate at the bottom of my shake. 3/4 through I figured she made it wrong and made Jamaica Almond Fudge. And I absolutely hate nuts. I couldn't finish it. I didnt want to go back into that shop with all those people in there too. So it was a total loss for me. Be safe and always double check your orders! Atleast with their current staffing at the moment. It was never like this before. read more

The worst service I've received in Hawaii. The server was rude, arrogant and didn't even seem to care he sells or not so we left without ordering. Never go back. Selection wasn't good either. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER, WIFE AND WENT TO ORDER 2 SUNDAY's The first server was a taller girl with glass's that served my wife and her sunday was full with ice cream and whip cream and all the toppings, my server was a short skinny oriental girl, not friendly and had a attitude, when I got my ice cream sunday it was not near what my wife had gotten, there very little cream on the bottom and the whip cream was very little also, I told my wife wow they must be cutting back on my serving to save money , again paying 8 dollars for sunday I dont mind, but when you dont your money worth and service is bad , I dont think I'm ever going back to this location because this. read more

I'm a true Baskin Robbins junkie!!! Thank god this location does NOT have Waikiki prices, check my pictures attached to see the menu and prices This location is on the lobby level of the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel right between the elevator and the kiddie pool Their daily hours is 9am-11pm daily! CAUTION! I know it's not directly their fault but check your plastic spoons. Mine was slightly deformed and cut my lip open. Didn't notice until I saw red stuff in my shaved ice/spoon and I didn't have any red flavoring read more

Ice cream - yum. Pretty much like all baskin robbins. Single scoop is a little pricey, better value in Sunday or banana split.

The Baskin Robbers inside the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel decided to renounce the national offer of sale prices for the 31st today (December 2018). Every item was priced at the regular overpriced rate today. Don't expect them to cooperate with the national promotion because their greed was far more important for them. Fortunately not a single customer was buying from them when I entered the store. I used to have a friend who worked for them when we were in high school. He said the company management was disgusting read more

Good ice cream at more reasonable prices than local Hagen Dazs places. We didn't know this place was in the Sheraton - it's kind of off to the side. We walked past it many times while in route to the beach without seeing the small sign along the hallway pointing toward it. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A guy took my moms birthday cake order yesterday and I called today to see if it was really for pickup and they told me the cake lady left AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE HER CAKE!!!! What can I say? It's Baskin Robbins. I ordered 2 scoops which came up to around $7 including a waffle cone. The ice-cream was decent but the cone was stale. There's not much else to say... read more

Only good things to say about this location! Locals know the deals staff is very friendly and helpful!

The staff were friendly but I was super grossed out because the one employee locked the door since they were closing, touching the door handles and floor. Then came and served the ice cream using the same unchanged gloves. He did this 2x while I was watching him. So gross. Will never be eating at this location again. read more

Absolutely the worst management in the nation. So cheap they do not honor a national promotion. My biggest mistake was actually paying for the two way over priced scoops of obviously "old" ice cream. The price? $9.41 for two scoops. What was I thinking. Should have walked out of the store and left those over priced scoops on the empty counter. Did I mention the store was completely empty? Yep everyone e was down at the Hawaiian hilton eating fresh affordable ice cream. STAY AWAY from this location so lo g as ma agreement remains s the same read more

Worst BR ever. Like the other reviewer Anton, I also found this location to not honor the national promotion for dec 31st. I find it sad that a local manager can make that decision to overrule a national promotion. Very sad. I'll never be back!! read more

Pretty good but a crap ton of hot fudge if you got a sundae. A little pricey. Appreciate the atmosphere and nice workers.

The owner Rina let us sample as many flavors as we wanted before deciding what to get, and gave us some warm fresh baked waffle cone pieces to try. Ordered portions were extremely generous. There are a few tables to sit and eat at, though since it's located in the Sheraton I imagine a lot of people grab and go to lie by the pool outside or on the beach. On the patio area are some game tables for people to play at too. As for flavors, it's Baskin Robbins, so plenty to choose from. They even had green tea ice cream, as well as a dairy-free ice cream (a chocolate mix) and a sugar-free ice cream (caramel turtle truffle). Super-friendly and would come again for sure! read more

The people were nice but didn't really show interest in wanting to serve ice cream. The waffle cones stale.

Amaila not the best manager at one point. Not attentive to people waiting. Selective in who she decides to help. On a Tuesday afternoon the place smells like someone threw up inside it or the floor is wet and they used dirty water to clean it. Terrence has no personality and for senior sales (name tag) he has no customer skills. read more

You would expect, that being in the Sheraton, the prices here might be a bit expensive but it isn't - seriously...the TCBY in Makiki charges triple what BR is and you know that the product is likely fresher here. During a recent stay within the hotel, we visited once. Counter service was friendly and patient as we roamed back and forth trying to decide on our flavors - 2 hot fudge sundaes cost about $14.00 (i think it was $6.25 each + tax). Worth it in my opinion especially for the convenience and quick service. read more
