It literally looks like they haven't cleaned the place ever. Trash piled up on the floor, trash bins full and almost overflowing, coffee stains all over the sticky tables-- not to mention fresh gum stuck to the side of the one I tried to sit at... the place looks and feels so dirty. I left without ordering anything because of the appalling state of the place. The kids working there all have AirPods in. Don't expect a greeting when you come in or any sort of "customer service." Instead of playing on their phones when no one is ordering, they need to be mopping and taking out the trash and getting the stickiness off the tables and griminess off the chairs. I got an XXL coffee on two separate occasions (same day mind you), and they are always quick with a greeting, great customer service and the coffee is delicious. I haven't had their donuts, but did get a sausage & egg sandwich that was delicious and filling, I was full until past lunchtime, so no argument there. the inside of the store is very nice as well, spacious and a good amount of seating for those that dine/drink in the store. Their drive through can be tricky to navigate if you're not watching cars leaving the window, it goes from 2 lanes to 1 just before the curve on the front side of the road facing Lorain Road. it's on a corner, so if you're coming from Fairview Hospital I recommend turning left at the light and entering the parking lot from the rear, and then driving around to park or hit the drive through. read more

Favorite place for coffee and donuts. This location is always clean and the staff is awesome. The only downfall with this location is the parking and the actual set up of the lot/drive though. There's usually a wait if you go in the morning (am rush) obviously. But it stinks when you want to park and go in because the line from the drive through prevents people from pulling out of the spots. No one lets anyone out there it seems. Their coffee is the best. I always get an xl with cream and sugar. Because I drink it like it's going out of style. And it always stays hot. I don't know how they do it. I get their bacon egg n cheese on a bagel sometimes. Those are so good. I actually like when the edges are darker then normal. So good! There is also a baskin robins attached to it. I love their pralines and cream! My favorite ice cream there! I stop here in the morning to get coffee it's always busy. I've been coming here a few months now regularly my coffee isn't always right but I live with it. Today I was walking in front of the building I slipped on a piece on ice by the door a lady was walking out in front of me she stated " thank god you did not fall". When I slipped on the ice I so great full I did not fall but hurt me back from not falling from moving so fast. I proceeded to go in the store waiting in a long line when it was turn I told the both cashiers what had happened that I slipped on ice. The one cashier stated we put salt outside today when I got my coffee I went back to Look for salt rocks .... there wasn't any. That was my was stop at DD Starbucks is across the street and I don't have to get out of my car because they have a drive thru. The location is bad at DD the parking lot is small and in a strange shape. There isn't a drive thru at this location I won't be going back there the cashier wasn't even concatenation I told her I slipped on ice. read more

I love this place! Unfortunately, I can walk to it. I limit myself to 1 time a week and go after I go to the library. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the coffee is always hot and fresh. I drink decaf and I have never had the "decaf burn" that I can get elsewhere. (If you are a fellow drinker of decaf, you know what I mean). There is a nice selection of bakery in addition to what they are known for. You can also taste ice-cream before you buy. Ask for a pink spoon. read more

This is not one of their better locations, I got a hand packed quart of Pralines and Cream and it had odd strange tasting chunks of ice through out the quart. My guess is that one of their employees ladled some of the well water into the ice cream tub. In addition to getting stale donuts one time I just went over to the location in Fairview Park and the doors were locked prior to the posted closing time. Three strikes and you're out, I will definitely not be back to this location. read more

My experience at this location was not even worth 1 start! I was given burnt potatoes that were replaced with undercooked potatoes. After repeating that I wanted "Turkey sausage" 3x I was given pork anyway with a croissant that wasn't toasted. After realizing all of this I called the location and asked to speak with a manager and was told there is no manager on shift during the weekends and that I couldn't have the name of the manager to follow up. We stopped in to this location this evening to pick up some coffee beans and some k-cups for work. We had a coupon for a buck off 6 donuts, so we got some! To our dismay, the donuts are hard as rocks. It should not matter that we picked them up in the evening, they should not be sold if they are stale.
