I wish we had more of these around us locally. Their coffee beats out all the chains. This location was super kind and attentive. Tried a smoothie for the first time and it was really good. I think they were backed up, so we waited a while for it. But they apologized for the wait and were really kind to everyone who walked in the door. Stopped in here yesterday on our way back from Kalahari. The drive through line was very long so we went inside to order. The inside is very cute and vibrant, and their menu has some unique and different coffees on it. I ordered the vanilla cinnamon iced coffee and my friend ordered the iced matcha. We thought the coffee and matcha was very good, and not too sweet. Although the drive through line was long, we got our coffee very fast! I always go in an order a coldbrew with 2 shots of espresso and sweet foam and sometimes I ask what they would recommend for flavorings and when they had the cookies and cream flavoring it went so well with my coffee when they recommended. What a disappointment! I went there to treat myself and plus I have never tried it. I ordered a butter bear and a bagel. The coffee tasted just like scorched milk no flavor or butterscotch or caramel like it advertised. Then for the bagel and cream cheese I paid over 2 bucks for a cold bagel and a container of cream cheese. They don't even heat up the bagel(maybe by request) and don't even spread the cream cheese on the bagel. Navigating the parking lot is a little much considering there is another business right there. The girl asked of I wanted a free shot didnt specify a free shot of what I assume espresso because it was free shot Friday I agreed but I didn't seem to taste it or even know it was there. Stopped here with a friend while on vacation and we both absolutely loved it! We both got bagel sandwiches and coffee. The prices were good for the quantity and quality. I got the spotted owl and I don't remember what my friend got but both drinks were awesome! We also really loved the cozy yet casual setting, the music/vibe, and the chairs lol. I really want to like this place because the staff is so incredibly friendly (reason for there 2 stars) but there is NO reason a bagel sandwich should come out slimy. Not greasy, slimy, both going in and coming out. The coffee is fine if you're willing to pay 4-5 dollars for a Keurig flavored drink but my pants and I cannot emphasize enough how bad this bagel sandwich was. read more

I stopped by here today to grab a coffee and a kids hot chocolate for my toddler. I was so excited to find out that they serve kids temp hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles. The coffee is great and the staff is super friendly. Also the fact that they have a drive through is convenient. Wednesday's are buy one get one of equal or lesser value and Friday's are free shot Friday's. You get a free shot of espresso in your drink. Awesome offers on already amazing coffee. Great place to stop when in need of a caffeine fix. Friendly staff and excellent lattes. Happened to stop in on a "Free Shot Friday", which provided a nice extra kick to my fix. Was surprised to see reviews comparing their coffee to nespresso pods. Mine was much better than pod coffee and nothing like it. Would stop by again if I'm in the area. read more

Poor management. I was a loyal customer until today. After 2 different issues the manager was not only unresponsive but rude...0 for rating if I could...go ahead and wait 20 minutes or more for service. I paid & for 2 drinks because my coupon expired only to have the same coupon handed with good date with my change and the kids come off guys. Don't trust that your going to be able to drink that $6 coffee. read more
