During the service, her fingers were cut, and her nails are not straight (as shown in video). At the end of the appointment, he asked for the ticket and then pointed to his nail light indicating "cash tips only," rather than communicating this verbally. While the finished color was cute, the customer service and overall experience were not what she expected. Based on this visit, I would rate the experience a 2 out of 10.

Before the start time the event was completed. The store wasn't even open at the start time. A local showed up and said that this store has done similar things before. The worst part is, the store charged the registration fee upfront, and had 12 players sign up. So they made well over $1000 between the entry fees they gained and the prizes that they will sell. The store claims that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. That is fine but why have a set championship scheduled on a day when they know they are closed? The guidelines for set champs are that they are to be held on Saturdays or Sundays. This store should not be able to hold events, and should be reported to the BBB for falsely advertising and taking payment for an event that they had no intention of holding.

I usually grab two of the taquito cheese or the jalapeño cream cheese. They're crispy, spicy, and stupidly good. Sometimes I add some cheese sauce for dipping. The place just works.
