I read a lot of negative reviews about this place that seemed to have a common theme... poor service. Considering I already experienced their product, I knew these people were SERIOUS about their CRAFT, and people like them want RESPECT for what they consider an art form. These men at craftsmen, not baristas! So I went in with a clear expectation. If you're looking for a typical "cafe" (Starbucks) experience... don't go. You will leave with your feelings hurt. There won't be smiley faces on your coffee cup and service with a smile while selling you inferior products. Go with the understanding you're there to pay respect to the art. The art is the experience. You'll likely need to leave the country to find better... barely and maybe. I had a ham sandwich that tasted like it needs its own chapter in the Bible. I get to the 2nd window and the worker just walks away again. So I sit there for several more minutes and a different worker comes over to take the order. She asks if I want a receipt I say no and ask if I'm supposed to go to the second window now. She says yes so I pull to the second window. Then she comes to the window again and tells me my card didn't go through and can she have my card to run it again (mind you I was just told I needed to reverse my car to the first window bc that's where I need to pay now suddenly they can pay at the second window ‍)? I asked for a receipt this time- I'll probably be charged twice. She acted like it was the end of the world to get a receipt. I then wait at least 10 min for these smoothies when I notice the receipt doesn't have the booster I ordered added to the smoothies. When she finally comes to the window with the smoothies I ask about the booster and she tells me it wasn't on the ticket so there's no booster in the smoothies. This is a newer location and had hardly anyone there on a warm day- I guess there's a reason they aren't getting customers in.....

And there is a decent selection of food and drink options. Ok, so I was hoping for a classic ham and cheese crepe and that's what I ordered. Unfortunately, the crepe consistency wasn't quite right and it felt like there was more or a different kind of flour than what I have experienced in most places I have eaten them. Plus, it's served with hollandaise and not bechamel so the whole thing was very heavy. It was disappointing... So, no more crepes from here for me but it's a nice spot and I might try a sandwich or something if I go back...
