I picked up pack of frozen keto-friendly bagels, which get this... are have only 70 calories and 37 g carbs while boasting a whopping 32 grams of fiber and 9 grams protein! I also also purchase a 3-pack of keto-friendly pancakes as well. I had one of the bagels for breakfast morning and it was an absolute delight. It toasted up golden brown, had a great crunch and left me satiated yet not overly full or sluggish.
