A few times, we've purchased the hot and ready to come home and find the pizza quite stiff/hard and the crust not soft at all. But I'd say 80% of the time, everything is perfect. The staff here always greet you promptly with a smile and are friendly. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to fill up the "sauce" container more. I mean, you're paying extra to get a small sauce container to dip your crazy bread, cheese bread, or crust into and when it's only 1/3 to 1/2 full, it's disheartening. See you soon Little Ceasars! PS Still the best place to get pizza for kiddo birthday parties! The flavours here are always a crowd pleaser in the standard cheese and pepperoni.

Having never had it before, my boyfriend and I ordered pizza from Pisa Pizza because of the great reviews on yelp. We ordered two kinds: Greek and Meat Lovers. The Greek pizza was not good....at all. The crust was very thick but more like bread (stale bread) than a good pizza crust. The meat lovers was only slightly better but not that good either; almost tasteless. The pizzas arrived almost cold and had to be heated up in the microwave. I would have to say that this is one of the worst pizzas either of us have ever had....and we eat pizza often from various pizza joints. I don't know if they were having an off night.....the delivery guy said they were really busy. But I honestly can say I will never order pizza from here again. Sorry.

Review for Papa John's 11955 - 82nd street Edmonton North I…read moreordered three large pizzas, and when they arrived, they had little to no toppings. They were visibly almost just cheese pizzas, which was extremely disappointing. I called the store to address the issue. The manager told me that no one had ever complained about toppings before. After I explained the problem, he agreed to remake the donair pizza and said he would personally prepare it. Unfortunately, the replacement donair pizza arrived looking exactly the same. It had almost no meat -- only one small piece of donair. The other pizzas (ham and pineapple, and ham and bacon) were not replaced and also had barely any toppings. When I raised my concern again, I was told that if I wanted more toppings, I would have to pay extra. That response was frustrating given the pizzas already lacked the standard amount. Very disappointed with both the quality and the customer service.
