I've only had great experiences with them. Fast delivery and fast pickup times. If you like dominos then this is a great location.

The Sandwich Project - Occasionally they offer a chicken wrap. It was excellent in 2025. This is the regular size, but they also offer a large wrap.

The Sandwich Project is a steampunk themed sandwich shop located in an industrial park just north…read moreof the Whitemud. Definitely worth the venture. My husband and I just drove there from the north side to check it out and they did not disappoint. The sandwiches are around the $10-12 mark, but they are thick and made with real meat, not the processed garbage you get at most sandwich shops. I got the Tex Mex which was loaded with turkey, and I'm talking turkey like Mom makes on Thanksgiving. It also had Doritos on it, and it was at that very moment I was in love. My Husband got the Montreal smoked meat sandwich which was also delicious. We swapped halves so we could try them both. The smoked meat was delicious and super flavorful. When I say these sandwiches are thick, I mean loaded to the nines. There was an option to double the meat and I'm not even sure how that would fit in your mouth. Now let's talk atmosphere. The shop is very small, only two tables to sit at, but since Covid is a thing right now, we just grabbed our sandwiches to go anyway. The shop felt very clean though. The staff was masked and very friendly, there was sanitizer at the door, and one of the staff even came out with some Lysol wipes while we were ordering and was wiping down the handles and arcade machines. That's right I said arcade machines, two of them. I'm not sure what the one machine was, but one of them was a really cool Houdini pinball machine and it was free to play! Lastly, I need to talk about the theme. I already mentioned it was steampunk themed, but you just have to see it in person to really appreciate the craft that went into this place. There are so many cool details packed into such a little space. 10/10 will be back!

Nothing quite beats a fresh sandwich from Farrow! While I have only ever enjoyed their hearty…read moresandwiches from the Ritchie location, I'm there a couple times a month. Whether you're an omnivore or herbivore you're sure to find something that suits you. My personal go-to is the Grick! A staple that's always available. A take on a breakfast sandwich, it's enjoyable any time of day. Crisp bacon, perfectly fried egg, rocket greens, cheese and tomato spread. How can you go wrong? If you're looking for something a little different, Farrow offers sandwiches of the moment, which seem to rotate about monthly. They always offer a vegan option if you're not into meat, or just want to try something new. On top of sandwiches, they also have some of the best coffee in the city... And donuts, how could we forget the donuts? Farrow is busy! So get there early to avoid disappointment. Lunch time can run you in a line up down the block. But service is super friendly and pretty quick once you have your order in. The shop it self is pretty bare bones. You can eat inside when it's not busy and there are tables outside when the weather suits you. I typically get mine to-go and it holds up well.

I can't believe it's taken me so long being back in Edmonton to go enjoy some delicious Farrow…read morebrunch/lunch options. It's the season for anything apples, so I was happy to find a caramel apple cronut & went for a classic grick middle (as per their website & one of my favs - Fried Egg, Bacon, Rosemary Aioli, Smoked Cheddah, Tomato Jam, Arugula). Sadly with a cane & a reuseable bag, I couldn't take a coffee to go (stair logistics are hard enough) but it's always a great cup when I do have a free hand. Oh, I should mention in case I've never did in previous reviews, neither of these food options are something one wants to eat when trying to look presentable. As it's deliciously messy! There's a few bar seats at this location but it's best to take your food to go. At this particular location (there's 4 locations now!) there's no accessible entrance (nor exit). Kind of baffles my mind on why they didn't build a ramp with the newer set of stairs at the exit door. I even made the comment that it's really too bad they don't use the order window on the side (like they did in the pandemic), for us that need to avoid the challenge of stairs. There's also no railings on the steps, so be sure footed in wet & winter conditions (even if you're not disabled). So as much as I love the food & coffee at Farrow, I have to leave it as it's a place I'm going to only on a randomly decent mobility day for the knees & legs.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming so don't ever hesitate to ask a question if you're unsure about something. We got the Philly cheesesteak, mini poutine, and tuna melt. My oh my, the tuna melt is one of the best tuna melts I've ever had. Perfect amount of cheese and you can choose to have it on sourdough, multigrain, or white bread. The Philly cheesesteak is served on a hamburger bun and it tastes amaaazing. The bun isn't soggy and the meat is perfectly cooked. The poutine is just your basic poutine and they also offer a mini size which I got. The cheese wasn't very melted but I really enjoyed the gravy. Not super salty which I like. I really want to go back to try the Mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich and I love that it's conveniently located in WEM. If you're sick of the typical food court food, definitely give Meltwich a try!

Not in the food court which makes it less busy but also harder to find and less seating. There is some seating in the restaurant nook but there were 3 guys taking up 3 different tables so I opted to take my food to the food court (and pick up a drink on the way!). I was disappointed there was no banana milkshake as per the raving reviews on Yelp. I chose the Southern Fried Chicken Melt. You can choose multigrain bread or sourdough. For $12 it doesn't look like much. Very small box but it was GOOOOD! 9/10. Bread held together and was well fried. Was full of gooey cheese, and subtle salsa/dill flavor. I would have preferred more chicken but I did find some. Overall it was super tasty and I would try another sandwich from here.
