Since we have ordered this numerous times in the past, we are well aware of how the medium spice tastes and know our tolerance for it. This was not medium! I called the restaurant to ask for a correction. What ensued was a verbal altercation where the manager forcefully told me repeatedly that I was wrong and they made the order correct. When I tried to speak and explain, he would rudely interrupt me and shout over me. When I asked to have a constructive conversation, he continued to repeat - loudly I might add - "the kitchen confirmed! It's medium! It's medium!" I asked him if he was calling me a liar. To which he scoffed and accused me of being difficult. He then irritatingly stated he would send new wings to my house and take the old ones back. Ha! More than half of them had already been thrown in the garbage because several people took a bite and had to throw it away. He refused to send new ones unless he could collect the first batch back.
