Before I picked my color I told the owner that I wanted the same color she had on her nails. She said ok. When she finished the first coat, I noticed the color was not the same. I told her about it and she said "Oh, mine is gel or acrylic, (can't remember). She knew I always get Dip. The color wasn't anywhere near the color i specifically said I wanted. She knew before touching my nails that the color I wanted wasn't available in Dip. Instead she picks out a color that wasn't even close to the color I wanted. Dip is more expensive. So instead of giving me what I wanted, she didn't want to loose money. Well, she lost a good customer. She's the owner. I will never go back.

You then sit in a nice relaxing room and wait for the massage therapists. They recommend you get there early so you can relax before the massage and I'm so glad we did. The message was wonderful! Me and my fiancee did the couples massage and it was well worth it. After the massage was over we did not feel rushed to leave. We took our time to gather our things and relax after the experience. There were also showers available for those who wanted to. We were given complimentary soap after the experience as well.

I've visited twice and had two different technicians, and both times I was unhappy with the results. During my first visit, the technician did not use the color I selected, and I ended up having to go home and repaint my nails myself. On my second visit, the experience felt chaotic--the technician nicked my skin twice, accidentally glued us together, and repeatedly knocked over tools and polish bottles. To make matters worse, the chrome finish I paid extra for began peeling in less than a week. Based on these experiences, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon.
