Horrible experience this past weekend. Therapist was 15 minutes late bringing me to the massage room. Paid $110 for a 1 hour massage. The massage lasted 45 min. Also cupping the was used and wanted to up charge me at checkout when that wasn't explained to me that their was an up charge for that service. I explained to desk person when she asked how everything went and I told her I was cut short 15 min. She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional. I wanted to put a "high five" review out for O Spa at Franco's! I had the GREATEST experience there today.. they were extremely accommodating, and went WAY above and beyond expectations! Quenika gave probably the best massage I've ever had. Sarah was very gentle with her pedicure, and such a pleasant person to chat with. Highly recommended, and can not wait to return! read more

April 15, 2021 Franco's Management 100 Bon Temps Roule Mandeville, LA 70471 Franco's, I just had my first bad experience at Franco's! I had a marginally good massage at O Spa. The poor massage is not really my problem. The problem was with the desk person, who refused to even acknowledge that I was unhappy with the service. Why ask if a customer is happy with the service, if you only respond with rudeness and excuses. I scheduled a Deep Tissue session with a therapist that I have used before. For whatever reason, this massage was not even close to deep. A client should not have to continually ask for deep pressure during a Deep Tissue massage session. The desk person told me that there was no manager available and that I had to pay for what I scheduled, even though it wasn't at all what I received. The desk persons attitude was bad enough! I stopped by the business office and they went and found the Spa manager and brought her out to me. Why the desk person wouldn't consider getting, I don't know. The Spa manager offered me a $10 discount - my complaint is not about money. All I wanted was some sort of acknowledgement and perhaps a promise of better service in the future. I have been a good customer for O Spa! I have referred five different regulars at O Spa. I have had services at least 10-12 massages with O Spa. John, a former spa employee is a friend and would have offered respect instead of careless excuses. O Spa has lost this customer and I really don't think they care. This poor customer service is not representative of Franco's customer service, just O Spa's! Even though I was unhappy with the massage, the massage therapist was not the issue. LOVED my services at the O Spa! Jillian gave me a fantastic facial that included an arm massage that made me feel like I was floating on a cloud! Sierra did my massage and was very thorough and enjoyable. This is my new spot and the Northshore's best kept secret. Booking was easy and prices were just right. I just love getting my spa services done here.I'm greeted by the friendly receptionist with a smile. They offer me Champagne or hot tea! So nice. Then I'm sitting in the relaxation room. To relax in peace with the most beautiful aroma. After that I'm Taken to my spa service. By the most sweetest , professional provider. I've enjoyed each one of them. I have visited many upscale spas all around the world. O Spa has been my favorite spa to visit. Tucked away upstairs at Francos Athletic Club is a quaint top of the line full service spa. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I had the O Baby package that included a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. I relaxed in my robe while I drank champagne.
