When you rightfully complain, the owner turns the entire problem around on you. She makes it somehow your fault that their staff failed. Just look at her responses to reviews here; the grammar is atrocious and the tone is disrespectful. Between the shady practice of shorting sessions and the blatant lying, this business has zero integrity. Also there's a lot of contraindications as far as the owners responses go to clients leaving a negative review. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its clients.
