She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional. Upon calling Michelle, I was able to make a next day appointment. Her studio is located in a Southern ladies Beauty Parlor, reminiscent of Steel Magnolias. Michelle greeted me right away and got started. She listened intently at what I needed and i have never walked out of a massage feeling as great as I did at this appointment. Michelle focused on my neck and shoulders and she alleviated my knots. We chatted the entire time and I look forward to many more visits with her.
