I've been visiting this location for nearly a year, typically every two weeks, and my experience…read morehas consistently been excellent. The therapist I see is truly exceptional--he not only supports my physical therapy recovery but also ensures each session is deeply relaxing. He has a calm, reassuring presence and a gentle, professional demeanor that immediately puts you at ease--honestly, he reminds me of the "Bob Ross" of massage therapy. He also takes the time to share helpful tips and guidance to extend the benefits of each session long after you leave. I highly recommend this location. The team is consistently attentive, professional, and always delivers a high-quality experience.

Made an appointment for reflexology. She said neck and shoulders for a few minutes. I said…read more"reflexology appointment." She proceeded to do neck and shoulders anyway. WTH? Well not to make a scene. But I didn't want to throw my money away and walk out of the session. However she dwelled on neck and shoulders. The session was 85% neck and shoulders and 15% sole of feet only. No foot rub. No toes. No lower leg. No heel. I mentioned that to her. The provider had a good touch on the feet however I am unhappy with this session because such a small percentage of time was spent providing the service I specifically requested. I was not so happy with that but I did tip the provider. As I was walking out the desk stopped me to charge $12 for the lotion that was used. I was offered 1 of 3 lotions - all with a name. I wasn't informed that there was any additional charge for lotion. By the way. I did bring my own castor oil and they refused to o use it. Stay away from the chains. Go somewhere else.

Not big on leaving reviews, however, this place deserves it. In my experience here, the staff of…read morethe bone and joint clinic were awesome in repairing a broken bone in my hand. The quality of work that Doctor Kearny Robert has done exceeded my expectations, which ultimately led to a quick recovery. During this operation a screw was put into my hand, only weeks later, you wouldn't know that I even had surgery. After surgery, I utilized the bone and joint clinic for physical therapy to gain range of motion into my fingers. The hand therapy specialists assisted me with this task. I've heard stories about other places wanting you to go to physical therapy long term for the constant business it would bring, however, the bone and joint clinic wasn't like that. They were very professional and when they felt it was necessary, I was released from physical therapy after only a few weeks. Again, all this is my experience and I would recommend the bone and joint clinic to everyone. If I'm ever in this situation in the future, I will utilize the bone and joint clinic.

This place is the antithesis of what patient care should represent. First, let me begin with this…read morenarcissistic physical therapist who's pretentious at best and very condescending. During our initial consult, she came off incredibly cold and closed off and when I discern that type of foolery, I immediately shut down. I literally told her that we would not be a good fit because I'm use to being around happy people and I walked out. Prior to that, I had an unbelievable encounter (and that's in a bad way) with the front desk staff on the doctor's side. These were some very mean and very old women who should probably be at retirement home playing shuffle board or something. I politely asked for a copy of my X-ray and she, with this sullen attitude tells me, "It's gonna cost $10 and it may not work without the computer software." So I say, "Ma'am, what software are you speaking of?" Her, "I don't know but it may not work." Me, to myself, WTH! Have I just stepped into the Twilight Zone?" So I offered her a piece of advice that perhaps she shouldn't be in patient care because her attitude sucks. They are evil and wicked and I will never return to this place. Dr. Duplantier is very nice and cool but these demons at his front desk run folks away. Reminds me of my employer. Nicki, the receptionist at the physical therapy clinic in Marrero is nice and staff in Gretna is pretty cool but those other women at the Marrero physician's office and that physical therapist, Connie, do not belong anywhere near patients. If you all need physical therapy, please visit Maria Adams at Professional Therapy Inc. on Lapalco Blvd. I was here a few years back with a torn meniscus and they are amazing and wonderful people. These are physical therapists who actually care for people. Her team is the best and that's exactly where I'm going.
