They'll let you sit there for 15, 20, or even 30 minutes, and then--incredibly--they still try to charge you for the time you spent waiting around. When you rightfully complain, the owner turns the entire problem around on you. She makes it somehow your fault that their staff failed. Just look at her responses to reviews here; the grammar is atrocious and the tone is disrespectful. Between the shady practice of shorting sessions and the blatant lying, this business has zero integrity. Also there's a lot of contraindications as far as the owners responses go to clients leaving a negative review. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its clients.

Also cupping the was used and wanted to up charge me at checkout when that wasn't explained to me that their was an up charge for that service. I explained to desk person when she asked how everything went and I told her I was cut short 15 min. She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional. Won't be back

Well not to make a scene. But I didn't want to throw my money away and walk out of the session. However she dwelled on neck and shoulders. The session was 85% neck and shoulders and 15% sole of feet only. No foot rub. No toes. No lower leg. No heel. I mentioned that to her. The provider had a good touch on the feet however I am unhappy with this session because such a small percentage of time was spent providing the service I specifically requested. I was not so happy with that but I did tip the provider. As I was walking out the desk stopped me to charge $12 for the lotion that was used. I was offered 1 of 3 lotions - all with a name. I wasn't informed that there was any additional charge for lotion. By the way. I did bring my own castor oil and they refused to o use it. Stay away from the chains. Go somewhere else.
