Their system says I have the wrong user ID, I use the forgot button, it gives me what I've been using and then it tells me that user ID is no longer active! Their phone system goes round & round, sometimes drops, gets me to the wrong place (or maybe the reps just lie) and keeps me on hold for unheard of amounts of time, and then they tell me there is an email address on the account that I have never even heard of. Then they say wait for 24 hrs for a reset, another lie. Since AT&T came along it is horrible.

I recently went to purchase a new iPhone 16 Pro at this facility and had a bad experience…read more First Issue...apparently if you want to be authorized on your account, you can't just do it right then or there. It takes 24 hours. My purchase got errored out and I was told to come back the next day. Second Issue... came back the next day and they ordered the wrong color. Later that night I received an email with the incorrect color and decided I would head back the next morning to correct. That next morning they set aside a brand new iPhone 16 Pro (correct color this time) that had apparently shipped in the night before. They told me that once I received the iPhone I had originally ordered (the wrong color one) I could come back and do the exchange. Third Issue...when I came back to do the exchange, just days later, the iPhone set aside for me was no longer there and they had no answer as to why. Sure, the people here are nice, but the customer service is non-existent. The employees there did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. I was just another order. Besides looking at their iPad, I feel as though there is nothing the employees can do to actually help the customer. Even if they put something aside, you can't guarantee it will still be there. No one seems to be on the same page.
