The installation was performed in an obviously competent manner, which giving us needed assurance that we'd not encounter any problems later. That need was due to our experience with the other blinds company in the area. It earlier came out to measure the same windows but then lapsed inexplicably into utter silence. They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. He started the job and then stood her up three different times, each time apologizing and then not show up, again. Our mother called us in a panic because she knew she had made the wrong decision by first not involving us, and second buying from someone unknown. When my sister tried calling Nick Forquer he would not call her back, but instead finally showed up to install our mother's carpet. My Forquer also refused to tell my sister what make the carpet was, that made us suspicious as to where he got the carpet and the fact our mother said the pad he used was in two different colors underlayment cushion. In closing, Forguer did complete the job, one month late; with a huge amount of stress and frustration, and with unknown carpeting. Our elderly mother said, "he smelled strongly of alcohol." when he did arrive.
