We wandered into this place on a cold Saturday afternoon looking for something relatively quick to eat as my dining companion and I were headed somewhere else immediately following our visit. From the looks of the restaurant on the outside, it seemed like a quick service type of place. However, upon entering the restaurant we were told to sit wherever we wanted and menus are on the table. The menu was decently extensive. However, as people that only eat a seafood or vegan diet, we were instantly looking for those options. There was one shrimp and fish option on the menu. However, when my dining companion went to order the shrimp they didn't have any in stock that day. The only other fish dish was $39.99 which was the most expensive item on the menu. Once asking the server about it, we learned that this could feed more than one person. It was a branzino fish served with vegetables. After our order was taken out food was delivered to the table and it was very nicely presented. We had the fatoush salad and the branzino with rice and lentil soup. The branzino tasted very clean and was good though it didn't have a lot of extra flavor added to it. This was okay because the items accompany it all brought more flavor to the entree. No one came back to the table to check on us after the meal was delivered, it wasn't really necessary either. The food was delivered fairly quickly to the table. No one brought us our check so when we were finished we went to the counter and were checked out without incident. I would certainly visit again as the food was very fresh and flavorful. read more

Amazing Shawarma's decent pricing they offer family trays. Chicken shaved off the skewer. Their white rice is to die the mouth watering Fattoush salad. The service here is outstanding. Second time at Basha Grill, so it's time for my honest review. I love this place. Everything is always served so quickly. Their fattoush salad is amazing and has the freshest ingredients. Their lentil soup is just perfect, and the crispy bread served with it pairs with it so well. Their mint lemonade is literally to die for but it definitely is really sugary. But nonetheless it's so refreshing. I highly recommend eating here if you're looking for fresh and delicious middle eastern food. There are a lot of middle eastern places in the area, but honestly not many of them are even good. Basha Grill is one of the few exceptions. They are killing it. read more

This was our first time @Basha Grill and we absolutely LOVED everything about it! Restaurant seemed on the smaller side when we walked in however it didn't feel tight at all once we were seated. Their work flow was very fast and efficient! I was surprised how fast they were serving all the dishes out and at cleaning tables for next guest. Jawad was our server and he took good care of us! His recommendations were on point for two foodies! First of all....that humus was the BEST HUMUS I've ever had so far! Salad was delicious and refreshing. Falafels were so flavorful & chicken wings, kebab and meat were allllllll delicious! Lamb chop was good but we wished it had more flavor. I have to mention that the meat plating was so beautiful! It made everything look even better! Surprisingly we picked this place because of my grilled fish cravings and they didn't disappoint me at all. We had an amazing anniversary meal for sure! The bread with red sauce+onions were very tasty also! I mean I can go on....lol We got half of mint lemonade & half of fruit punch mixed and that was sooooo yummy, too...!! I don't know what it was called but the spicy potatoes were ok and so as yellow rice. It tasted blend by themselves but it went well with other food since all the meat had good/bold flavors! During our visit, we asked a family member's 8 year old daughter where her favorite place to eat in Dearborn was and she pointed us to this spot. Thankfully she knew what she was talking about. We got a bunch of different food items like tawook sandwich, chicken and beef shawarma, and grilled chicken burger. My favorite things we got were the spicy kafta sandwich and the fried chicken tenders (recommended by the 8 year old). The owner of the place also brought us some hummus on the house which was unexpected but very nice. Loved everything about this place. read more

I dined in today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. My waiter seemed more focused on cleaning tables than attending to his customers. He never checked on me after bringing my food, didn't ask if I needed anything, and never brought my water. I asked him 3 times for water and he eventually brought it. I felt completely overlooked, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. Good service can make or break a dining experience, and sadly, this visit missed the mark. read more

Walked in to get a table, three groups of people received a table before me. Finally got a table and sat down, there were many flies and flees which absolutely destroyed my appetite. Waiter never checked up on my table and when it was time to leave it was impossible for me to get some boxes and the bill. Had to get up and pay upfront and leave. Then entree came out fast (5 minutes). The meat schwarma was dark , tough and had absolutely, no taste. The chicken schwarma was dry and lacked any flavor. The lentil soup was the best thing on the order. My wife ordered a tabouli salad and she liked it. The rice on the platter was a scoop that was dry and old . I ordered Basha grill on DoorDash, they said it would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. 70 minutes later I receive my cool food minus the rice and salad. I called the restaurant to try to resolve the problem, the woman who answered was extremely rude and told me that if I wanted the rice and salad I'd have to drive up there and get it myself. If I wanted to drive up there I wouldn't have ordered delivery! I asked if she could just refund some of my money and she became irate. So I did it. I drove up there to get food that my family couldn't even eat. Because she was so rude we didn't trust that our food was in tampered with. Who know what she could have done? Really great food! We ate a ton. I don't know if it's served every day but we were able to order the grilled fish (red snapper) and the grilled ribeye. Everything is grIlled over charcoal which adds great flavor. They have a great hood system though so no charcoal smell when you are dining. We also ordered the lamb chops off the menu. All the meat was cooked perfectly! For sides we ordered the rice, fattoush, hummus, fries, and the spicy potatoes. The spicy potatoes were my favorite! They had a good kick but the spice didn't mask the flavor. I was also a big fan of the hummus, the olive oil used was really good. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. Great spot located in the heart of dearborn heights. The falafel sandwich is by far the best me and wife have ever had. We just can't get enough of it. So fresh and so delicious.
