We had our wedding reception at BASH, and I genuinely can't imagine a better experience. From the very beginning, it stood out as an incredible value--beautiful, flexible, and perfect for couples who want something special without blowing their budget. The space itself is absolutely stunning. It's one of those venues that can easily be dressed up to match any vision, but honestly, it looks amazing even on its own. Whether you're going for something simple or more elaborate, it gives you the freedom to make it completely your own. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone we worked with was fantastic--friendly, responsive, and clearly experienced. Aly was especially amazing: so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way, which made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. We loved how customizable everything was. We brought in our own vendors, which helped us stay within budget, and the venue worked perfectly with our choice to use food trucks--such a fun and unique touch that our guests loved. It's also worth noting that they do have great partner options available too, including help with booking hotel blocks, which is super convenient. The bar setup was another highlight. Their build-your-own bar package is such a cool option, and Ayden was incredibly helpful in guiding us through it. He even offered to track down Malört for us (I'm a Chicago native, so that meant a lot!). We ultimately went with a cash bar, but his willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Overall, BASH made our reception feel completely personalized and effortless. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside of Bash is so tasteful and minimalist, with somewhat of a farmhouse vibe going on. In case you're like me and didn't even know this place existed until you visited it: This is an event venue located in central Carmel, right off Keystone Parkway. I visited this venue for a community Iftar, which is a Muslim fast-breaking meal during Ramadan. I'm not Muslim, but I love learning about other people's cultures and beliefs, so when I was invited to attend this special meal, I was excited. Yay for delicious Middle Eastern food in a beautiful space! The event was amazing, and even though there were a lot of people in the room, it didn't feel crowded at all because there were lots of windows bringing in natural light, and lots of space to move around. I kept looking around and thinking how lovely the space was, with the twinkle lights on the ceiling and the long wooden tables. As a guest, I thought Bash was a great space to have a big event. I recently hosted a holiday party here for parents/caregivers in our high school community. I can't speak highly enough of the experience we had working with Aly and team. The entire process was smooth and convenient from beginning to finish - communication was frequent and timely. We were more than satisfied with the amount of space, and the in-house decorations that were made available. BASH provided a well-trained bartender and collaborated well with our outside caterer. What a great location!!! My wonderful event planner found this location for me and I am soooo glad she did! Madison was my point of contact she was great! Any question I asked she did not hesitate to answer. Even when I misunderstood my responsibilities with insurance she was very helpful in helping me to correct the situation rapidly. I will not lie the cost is higher than most but worth every penny. They do have a bartender you are able to higher and we had zero issues. In their contract they technically don't allow shots but a simple conversation (prior) to the event fixed the issue! From what I went through there were not issues with any of the outside vendors (not on their list) we used. They do not have a kitchen for cooking but they have a nice sized space which will allow your caterer room to do whatever they need to do. There was also a separate room off to the side I was able to go and escape whenever I needed to. My favorite part about the venue is it kind of decorated itself! We had to do minimal decorations because the interior fit what we were looking for so great! I highly recommend this spot for your next big event. We held our 10 yr anniversary party here and had plenty of space for seated tables, high top bar tables, a dance floor, buffet tables, dessert area, bar area AND a 360 booth! Believe me when I say they can and will make it work. We have about 150 guests in attendance as well. read more

We had a team event here & it was really a nice venue. Lots of chairs & long rectangular tables to accommodate our team. Had an audio visual gentleman named Robert that was very attentive & friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby when we broke for lunch. Restrooms were clean & well stocked. Lots of long tables for our check in. Barn style sliding doors which open up to make the space lager for bigger parties. My only negative to say is that I wish they would have run the AC longer throughout the day. There are these great garage door windows that let a lot of sunlight in & it tended to make the room warmer. Other than that it was a nice little venue. I could totally see it being a great place for weddings, birthdays, meetings & more. read more

Thank you Bash Event Center! We recently had our daughter's high school graduation open house at Bash and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Addison was super helpful bringing our party ideas to life and was our contact person from booking the space until the end of the open house. She was available for any questions we had and stayed in constant contact with us. We loved the space! The openness allowed our guests to be comfortable with plenty of seating. We were able to use caterers of our choice, which was a plus. We accessed the space 2 hours before our event started which gave us plenty of time to set up and we had an hour after our event to tear down. Our experience was top notch and we couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend the space for anyone planning an event! read more

Recently had an afternoon corporate event for about 100 people and Bash was perfect for us. We had a very simple setup and everything went smoothly. They were the only place we found that allowed us to bring out own drinks and snacks which was huge for us since we were not looking for a full lunch or elaborate food setup. The facility was exactly what we needed for our corporate event. Plenty of free parking made arriving at the location enjoyable. Once inside, the modern farmhouse look was smashing and accommodated our 100+ person event with no issue. The staff was excellent and easy to work with and the event went off without a hitch. We were allowed to bring in our own decorations but to be honest, that wasn't really necessary as the place has a nice look and feel. If you want an easy to use location that is open and friendly, the BASH is your place. A couple of areas that made it four star... 1. The use of the kitchen as the only food source made it a tad awkward 2. Be sure to negotiate the room fee AND alcohol policy at the same time 3. I thought it was odd that we had to take out the trash of our own event Overall, I would use the BASH facility again with no hesitation outside the three points above. read more

I went to a holiday bazaar at this event space which I think was organized to help promote the space in general. That event itself was well organized, though, I really didn't need much for others and ended up just buying gifts for myself. I was impressed with the overall space and I could see where it would be a good event space for a small wedding/reception or a company party. There was plenty of parking and the space is wide open so you could configure it a number of different ways. I would definitely tell someone to consider checking it out for their event. read more

They are also quick to address any questions we may have and I'm looking forward to using their day of coordination! I was here for a wedding last weekend. This is my 2nd time here at this venue. It holds about 200 people. It's a cute venue but not a fan of the long farm like tables. Depending where you sat, your back faced the dance floor and the bride and groom table that was set up in the front middle section of the venue. The buffet style food was pretty good and drinks were pretty strong but don't expect to ask the bartenders for shots! I guess that's a big no no for them to serve. All in all as stated before, it is a cute venue. read more
