Walked in to Baseline Flowers looking for a bouquet for my daughter's White Coat Ceremony last week (9-26-25). How does a florist have "no flowers"? The lady told me to pick flowers from the refrigerator, it was scarce with only carnations and some other cheap flowers. When I asked her if this is all she had, her response was "we have a few in the back", and "it would take some time to put together a bouquet". What horrible service, an awful flower shop. Being from California, florists have their stores decorated beautifully, this was not the case and an overall bad experience. I don't recommend this florist/flower shop to ANYONE! Love this place! As we always drive by from the Legacy Golf Course we see this flower shop. I have always wanted to stop by here and yesterday I finally did. As you walk in you see beautiful decor and hear a friendly greeting from the owner. We took a photo in-front of the flower background and looked around for a while. From sunflowers to succulents, they have it all. After a good 10 minutes of wandering around, I ultimately decided to get a couple plants. The succulents and other various plants are perfectly priced at $10. They are looking very good in my front yard and are easy to keep alive. Baseline Flowers not only has plants but gifts like vintage plates. The owner gave us some tips on taking care of the plants which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely come back again! read more

My new go-to florist in the Phoenix valley area, sustaining an important piece of Arizona Asian history! I came here on a Friday morning to buy a bouquet for a friend who is curating a new art exhibit. I was greeted by a staff member as I walked in, and she showed me the flowers they currently had. The flowers were VERY reasonably priced either by the bouquet or the stem. I basically told the staff member to have creative freedom with whatever goes into the bouquet, and to also add some green foliage to spruce up the bouquet and make it look more full. As I waited for the bouquet to be arranged, I looked around the shop at their selection of plants, air plants, faux plants, and pots. All so cute! (I wish I could've taken a plant home, but I've been looking for pet-safe varieties.) My bouquet took about 5 minutes to be arranged, and it came out looking gorgeous! It cost a total of $23 and I felt like it was 100% worth it. I immediately took it for a little photo shoot around the flower shop and texted my friends to give me more occasions to buy flowers. The bouquet also came with a pack of flower food and a free card to accompany the bouquet. I highly recommend coming here to support a local Arizona Asian family business! I had a great experience from the welcoming customer service to the beautiful bouquet I walked out with. read more

Highly recommend this florist! They tried to deliver my flowers and I had to leave my home due to an emergency. They offered to re-deliver them or gave me the option to pick them up. I chose to pick them up; however, I was unable to. Got a call from them today as a follow up and they delivered a fresh, fragrant, and gorgeous arrangement to my house within moments. The vase was still cold when it got here. Their delivery driver was also very pleasant when he called me on the phone for the initial delivery and when he left my flowers the second time. The florist did a beautiful job with the design and balance of the arrangement and it was seasonally festive and wen well with my current decorations. I came in here for a wedding floral consult and from the beginning all the way to end of my appointment I can honestly say I left a happy customer. The shop is super cute and it smells amazing when you walk in. There is also a cute little rose backdrop with a neon sign to take a photo in front of. Kathy is the person that helped me and she was so sweet and charming! She really took her time to get to know what I was looking for and she was able to give me some more ideas to help me bring those ideas to life. She was able to show me examples via a photo and a live bouquet which was so great! She was able to give me a rough quote on how much everything would cost and I was so happy to see that it would work with my budget. Ordered online and chose the "Designer's Choice" for my girlfriend's birthday. They look fantastic and she loves them. I added a note asking them to be left on her porch if she didn't answer... The delivery person had the great wisdom to ignore that note and leave them with her neighbor, rather than letting them sit in the Phoenix sun for six hours. I am not sure how other reviews rated this business as "great" or "accommodating". I have never written a review, and this is my first! Ordered flowers for the funeral of a former employee's mothers. Selected 3/30 on website for delivery date, one day prior to funeral service. Recipient never received flowers. Never received on 3/31 either. On 3/31, called florist and gentleman who answered phone knew nothing but offered to have someone call me. On return call, I asked why flowers not delivered when promised..and she stated it was too far to deliver, and they had to transfer it to another florist. REALLY!!! DELIVERY WAS JUST 20 MILES FROM THEIR LOCATION...IN METRO PHOENIX?? I asked what was their delivery area ....like 5 miles? I advised her NOTHING on the website indicated they would do this, and that it may delay delivery. If they have restrictions shouldn't there be a disclaimer be put on the website? Heck, I would have been happy if someone would have called and said there is a restriction and they would get the flowers out through another vendor asap. She was argumentative and just came up with excuses. No customer compassion here. She basically said they had other customers, so essentially they couldn't meet my need. I told her I guess they don't need business....too busy with other customers... and they don't need new business. I told her I would write a review to that fact. She said "Whatever makes you happy" and essentially hung up on me. I would advise NEVER, EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. And small businesses wonder why they are dying in this country!! read more
