The bar program is solid. They have a full selection, but the margaritas and sangria seemed to be the move for most tables. As for the food, it was incredible. Here's the breakdown: * Arroz con Pollo: This is the absolute "must-have" dish. Just a heads up: it takes about 30 minutes to cook, so give yourself at least an hour for the full experience. The cauliflower pieces were well coated in buffalo sauce and very flavorful. I also got the Don't Kale Me juice. It was tangy, citrusy, and refreshing. The Deep Roots smoothie was also quite tasty.
