They broke the sensor on one tire tried to play dumb and just pasted it on with some rubber. Instead of owning up to their error they covered it up. Would highly suggest you don't go to these guys.

To make matters worse I had forgotten my wallet and did not have any change in my truck. Trying to think off who might be able to help I visited Car Nation first where I had purchased a Mustang only months earlier and nobody was able to help. Dom at Car Nation suggested I go to Unique and see if they could assist. When I arrived 3 sales staff were working, 2 women and 1 gentleman. The ladies ( and I wish I could remember their names but they know who they are) were very friendly and went to work to see how they might help. When she came back it was a group decision they were going to "Pay it Forward" with $20 to assist me. Needless to say, I was ecstatic and very relieved. They handed me a $20 bill and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving Day of which I returned the same. I would like to thank the staff on that day for their kindness and it restored my faith in humanity that in Ontario there are still good people whom have compassion because my experience since I moved back from Alberta that that has not been the case because of the pace of life in this sea of humanity. We went to Laird Automotive Services for the first time today. Surprisingly, we'd never been before…read moreeven though they're located only a block from our house. Our Suzuki needed its emissions test in order to renew our plates and we'd read on Yelp that this place was the best bet. We were greeted pretty much the second we walked in the door. We gave them the keys and within (no word of a lie) 1 minute, our car was already being worked on. In less than 10 minutes we had the keys back in our hands and the job was done. And it was only $30! While we were waiting, another employee came out to make sure we were being attended to. This shows me that the service is good and I certainly have to say they were very efficient. There's a nice, comfy leather couch in the waiting area and there was a big basket filled with Lindor chocolates to snack on. All in all, we were very happy with the service and will most likely be going back when we need to!
