Road lessons didn't start until after the last of the 10 classroom classes which was concerning. They completed 5 hours but we're still waiting to get the remainder of the road lessons scheduled. The response from the Windham office is for us to keep trying the local instructor to get the lessons scheduled. They are obviously over-booking the classes, collecting pretty much up front and then can't keep up with the workload. Instead of allowing the instructors to get caught up, they are adding more to the burden, all along collecting the tuition. I hope it gets better so we can get the road work done, permit issued and moving toward licensing.

Because of his driving time with Mr. B he has developed so much confidence and was able to shake off a lot of his nerves he was holding onto. The way he taught the class my son said was both fun and insightful. He is not only there for the students but for their parents as well. Mr. B provides open communication and will give you pointers on what he has seen your child present in class to help you teach your child if you ask. My son learned so much from him and passed his knowledge test at thr DMV with ease. Road test is coming up but thanks to Mr. B I am confident my son will do fine there as well. The only reason to give this more than one star is to acknowledge the convenience of being able to…read moredo the class at your own pace online. One is led to believe the required 10 hours to get your permit is obtainable while taking the class. The reality: they don't have enough driving instructors. They don't tell you this until you've paid in full and are sitting in the first parent/student class. My child completed the course, passed the written test and doesn't have a first drive until 4 WEEKS after finishing the class. Options are mostly during the middle of the school day and I only have 5 hours of driving booked through the middle of October...with no availability to sign up for more required drives. At this rate, my child won't have 10 hours in before Christmas for an AUGUST class. Don't waste your money because it'll be a waste of time as well.
