They also don't call or text when they arrive in driveway for drive time. We couldn't see our driveway and they give a 30 minute window for meeting time. It was winter and cold and couldn't wait outside long. If you miss them, then they just leave and can charge you $75 for missing the appointment. This is unreasonable. They also don't teach situational awareness during drives, but teach in classroom. We found this to be an important skill that is just not taught very well.
