A few years back I wrote a five star review of Bartlett on a different site, and now after my most recent use of the company I am pleased yet again to give Bartlett an outstanding review. With a lot of large oaks around and in some cases partially over my house, I asked the company's arborist Dan Cardenas for his expert advice in evaluating the health of my trees. Following his inspection we agreed on a plan to trim some lower limbs of one oak whose canopy partially overhung the house. Dan arranged for a highly skilled Bartlett crew ("the A Team", as he put it) to do the actual work. The crew leader Andrew, and his two colleagues Nick and Michael, did a great job, cutting three large lower limbs to remove a lot of weight from the tree while still allowing it to look symmetrical and full (unlike a Charlie Brown Christmas tree). The crew worked safely and efficiently, with no damage to the landscaping below the tree and with a thorough cleanup afterwards.
Bartlett may cost more than the "Billy Bob fly by night" tree guys but is well worth the money, especially if it is a challenging or difficult job to be done. All the people I have dealt with at Bartlett come off as true professionals in a line of business where that is often not the case. read more
