Customer service is a huge part of any business, and based on my most recent visit as well as a few previous one I left feeling disappointed. I genuinely enjoy this place and want to keep coming back, so I hope management takes a closer look at the customer experience and holds staff to a higher standard. The bar has a lot of potential, but the service needs to match the quality of the drinks.

The room was also nicely decorated with balloons for a nice birthday touch, though you may need to move a few to read the lyrics if you're sitting and singing haha Drinks can be ordered at the bar outside if you would prefer them not to be charged to the room (which is convenient if you're splitting the tab and don't want to remember who ordered what)! Bathrooms were extremely clean and the stalls even had some pads there for the girls. I liked that they had the sinks outside, which is nice if you want to clean your hands before eating/drinking/singing. I didn't order any food, so I can't speak on that. The mixed shot drink I tried was very light and quite sweet, which is fine for me since I don't like the taste of alcohol but might not be good for you if you're expecting something stronger. The pricing is typical of a karaoke lounge I think(?) The song selection tablet was interesting haha. The person who checked me in was nice enough to change everything to English before we started and also explained how to look for songs. (It's not very straightforward initially, but you get the hang of it after). They had all the favorites and they do have an option to use YouTube if they don't have the song you want! Parking can get rough. I happened to get lucky and found a spot right when I entered, but some of my friends had a tough time parking. Even though parking was hard, the plaza is surprisingly not too busy. All in all, I think I'll be back!

Why is that I cannot take my family here on either Friday or Saturday evenings??? Every single time we walk in the entire joint is reserved, but yet empty. My curiosity got the best of me so the last few weekends we opted to sit at a small table in the corner and all be dammed if the joint isn't a neighborhood drunk fest with the same selfish locals consuming all the tables for their own social hour. That's what bars and your homes are for. Not the community pizza restaurant. Wake up Barros ownership, are you running a bar/nightclub or a family restaurant... place is rediculous. I'm giving this place a one star review solely on one thing. During the coronavirus pandemic and stay at home orders, I have been supporting small shops and restaurants who I know are hurting during these times. That said, a business should not price gouge items, especially supplies outside of their business model, to profiteer off of worried consumers during a pandemic. Selling a bottle of Lysol wipes that would normally go for approximately $3.33 for $17.00 (~500% price increase) it's not only immoral, but illegal. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. read more

The is such a huge inconvenience so I decided no problem. I ll go home log on and have my wife pick up on the way home. I saw there coupons and wanted to place an order over the phone. Great tasting pizza, great place to enjoy a game on tv, while having pizza and some beer. Plenty of parking, located in a huge plaza. The crust is thick and tasty, fresh toppings, some interesting combinations. Great place to bring the kids after their sport game.
