DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The review from 6 years ago still holds true today. When you go to cancel…read morethey suddenly have charges they NEVER make you aware of. I was a customer since 2016 and did a monthly payment option. I've never missed a payment because I had an automatic billing set up. This past august I decided to cancel and then they sent the attached saying I owed them $394 for services they previously performed. Of course this left me confused because I never missed a payment. When I spoke to them about it they said they do not reconcile an account until AFTER a person cancels. So IF they give you an additional service they do not call and say "this service is more than what your monthly payment is". Nor do you receive a monthly, quarterly, semi annual invoice or billing statement to let you know you have a balance. Nor do you receive a call at any time asking if you'd want to increase your monthly payment so that your account doesn't have a balance. I asked them to break down how do I owe them $394 and their answer was $94 is what it is for canceling before the year is over. But the other balance dates as far back as 2017! HOW?!?! They do not seem to understand that either having the monthly payments THEY establish should match the service to make sure there is no balance or they should reconcile accounts BEFORE a cancellation to give customers the option to pay a balance down. How do you not send monthly invoices to a customer if this is how you reconcile an account anyway? If you choose them, make sure to request they reconcile your account at the end of each year. The lawn care they do provide isn't worth it.

Chris was/is our tech and he let us know that he'd put granules in the yard and spray inside and outside of the house. We had concerns as we have pets but he assured us they'd be fine. He went through and let us know to stop using the baits, so we picked them up. He scheduled to come back a week later and treat again. We were informed if we saw anything after that to call back. Today I saw 2 giant carpenter ants in an upstairs room, so I called and Chris will be back Thursday to treat. The process has been painless and easy.

My pest situation is still being handled, but I already feel a big improvement and peace of mind knowing Troy is overseeing it. My husband was stung by one, and he said it was like having a lit cigarette pressed onto his finger. After debating whether to try to go at it with a wasp killing spray, we decided that this job was beyond us. Because it was a Saturday and their office was closed, we left our contact info on All Star's website. Much to my surprise, Abdul, the company owner, called me very shortly thereafter! When I explained the problem, he deemed it an emergency and offered to come to our home the following day, Sunday. He also told us exactly what it would cost (extremely reasonable). He called us again Sunday morning with an approximate time of arrival. His kept us updated by text narrowing down the exact time. He arrived "dressed for battle" in protective gear. He treated the nest several times, then waited for the hornets to expire. He was at our home for about 45 minutes. He removed the huge nest, bagged it, and took it away with him. After being pretty much held captive and not able to be in our front yard for days, this was a huge relief. I cannot say enough good things about Abdul and the service he provided.
