Slightly disorganized, with books, DVDs, and CDs here and there, I absolutely loved it. And what amazing prices!!!! They had a little bit of everything, including both paperback and hardback. Many of the hardbacks were only $1!!!! Considering you're going to pay $20-$30 for a new one, that's a heck of a steal. I managed to get 7 books for $16. I would have bought more but had to buy a bag just to get all of these home as it was. Support local!

This wasn't enforcing rules -- this was bullying customers. No explanation, no courtesy, just attitude and entitlement. A bookstore should be welcoming, calm, and respectful. This location felt hostile and judgmental from start to finish. If Barnes & Noble allows employees like this to represent them, that says everything you need to know. I will never return, and I strongly recommend anyone who values basic respect to take their business elsewhere.
