Catfish bites, slaw

Ignore the terrible reviews and order the right stuff. I got steak on a salad and it was almost like brisket, which they have a smoker for and I'm coming back for. This location is closing in March 2026 but have a other one a few miles away. They had wine in addition to the beers (nothing fancy), and some nice mixed drink specials. Brisket also available on nachos.

I've been to the location further south bc it's closer to my friends and they love it. Let me tell you...this location is so much better!! The place is smaller, but the service was excellent and the beer selections were so much better. The food was better, too. We ordered catfish bites to start and I ordered the chicken and waffles open faced sandwich (it's chicken and waffles with bacon, not a sandwich by any means). The chicken was breaded and cooked perfectly. The bacon was crispy and delicious. The waffle was a little boring, but I mean, it's a waffle. The fries were great and I actually loved dipping them in the extra syrup. I ordered a side salad to go with it and everything was fresh. To drink, I got a flight. They have several different types of beer and ciders to choose from. I liked everything I chose except for the Kona stout, but it's my fault bc I didn't realize it was coffee. It was actually an accident that we ended up at this location, but I'm glad we did. We'll be back again!

Good catfish bites. Shrimp po boy long as great as it sounded. Dry. Tasted more like fried chicken. Brisket sandwich didn't taste smoked. More like oven basted. Good hang out for locals but nothing to go out of your way for. Service was good with the bartender lady attentive to our needs.

It was decent - lots of food and super crowded. The ordering experience was a little complicated.

Fish sandwich

Great food, affordable. Mom had the fish sandwich and she said it was the best one she's ever had. My steak hoagie was great, came with two sides, enough for leftovers for a full meal. Waitresses are always friendly.

Apple, grape and walnut salad with chicken

We ordered takeout on a Saturday evening during the pandemic. The mobile friendly site to order from was easy to use and customize our order. Delivery was an option too, but we were out already so picking up wasn't an issue. There is a sign on the door that you can't enter without a mask, and there was a clean and dirty pen dispenser so even signing the check felt like it was carefully considered and that the safety of staff and customers was a top priority. Our food was ready right on time. I have a gluten sensitivity so I couldn't try the pizza but it smelled amazing on the ride home and everyone who had it really enjoyed it. There were limited options on the size of the pizzas and some of the specialty options but there was no disappointment for us considering we could get the pizza we originally wanted without any issue. I've noticed nearly every restaurant we've ordered from having a reduced menu lately so this wasn't surprising. I'm a bit of a salad snob, and I get a little nervous when I order from somewhere new but the grape, apple and walnut salad was perfect. I added chicken and I was happy to see that it was packaged separately which was great. I was able to warm it up a little when I arrived at home, and the lettuce didn't get funny on the ride home from being under hot chicken. The blackberry vinaigrette was SO good and unexpected for a pizza place. There were a few salads I was interested in getting which made my decision hard. I'm not used to that from a pizza place either. We've vowed to try new places each week when we order out but I have to admit it's going to be hard to not pick Barrel Junction again.

Food here is average. Service is quick. Prices are fair. It's a good spot for a quick bite if you have small kids.

Food is good. Service is always bad. So slow everytime we go there. Over an hour to eat a sandwich.

Pulled pork nachos and craft beer. Yum. Pizza good as well. Only "ok" item was the Chicago dog.

Had the worst fish sandwich ever. Will come back and try something else but go to Willees's for the real fish sandwich.

Dilly tots were awesome. Homemade tater tots? What could go wrong with that. Pillowy potatoes with a hint of dill pickle. Excellent. My wife had the prime rib special as we were there on a Saturday. It was very tasty and done perfectly. I decided to try the filet. It was very good. The Bordelaise sauce was a bit overpowering but good. I would order it on the side next time. Mashed potatoes that came with it were delicious despite them being semi-cold when served. My only negative comment was the roasted seasonal vegetables were mainly sweet potatoes with some shoestring carrots and zucchini mixed in. More of a starch than a vegetable. Good portions so we had to pass on dessert although some of them looked reallly good! Again, we will be back to try some of the sandwiches, etc.

Was looking to get a beer from the bar.....stood there looking with empty glass....no engagement at all from bar staff.....started waving my arms.....still no reaction.....started tapping glass against bar.....bar manger was incredulous that I was doing that.....said I could damage bar (?!?!).....I apologized and she reluctantly (finally) got me a beer (isn't that what they are in business for(??)....went back to kitchen and apologized again....then the "owner" (wasn't Kelly, so skeptical who she really was) was talking trash about me to another patron....my wife stepped in and inquired what her issue was....said that she was drunk on her 3rd Miller Lite (Really????). Obviously Ozone does not care about their customers and any future business (the party of 10 will never patronize again).... I would recommend Full Pint or Walnut Grill or any other establishment on Perry Highway over Ozone.....bad service and people.

Several visits across more than a year…read more Large back patio. Garage doors open up on two sides in nice weather. Big open bar. Nice physical plant. Front of house team is friendly. Kitchen is solid if not terribly inspired. - Provolone wedges are delicious. Served with a delicious cold tomato bruschetta and dressed with a very light balsamic - The Cubano is made with pulled pork. Fantastic sandwich, but not really a classic cubano. - Chicken quesadilla is excellent. - Wings are serviceable, but nothing to write home about. - Friday fish sandwich: Battered. Large. Food service? OK sandwich but unremarkable. The cheese was kind of fun in a horrible way. - The French onion soup is fine. The onions are sautéed, but not caramelized. I think the stock probably comes from a box. A member of our group seems more impressed with the soup than me. - A member of our group loves the blue cheese dressing. - The chicken piccata is solid. This is where you take your mom for lunch if you're out in the North Hills, or perhaps where you hang out on a nice night if you live out there. Restaurant density starts to get fairly low out here so options become limited unless you want to drive.

The French onion soup was superb--truly one of the best I've ever had. My husband ordered the mussels as his lunch, and they were excellent. I had the Reuben sandwich, and it was the ultimate--perfectly made and full of flavor. While the drinks were pricey, the quality of the food made up for it. We would love to go back in the summer and sit out on their patio.
