Again, I was promised a call on the following Monday, 3 days ago and again nothing. The bottom line is when you make a customer a promise you need to keep it, especially when you've broken promises in the past. A good company with good customer service would first apologize, then work hard to rectify the situation. Yet, no apology was ever provided and quite obviously, the situation was never rectified.
