Everything from the kitchenette, the bathroom to the studio floor are clean and well maintained. But the best part of the studio are the proprietors and teachers ... Behnje and Rick! They are both super generous gentle souls. I am usually there but a weekend each year to attend Desirée Rumbaugh's fall workshop. Behnje and Desirée are very close in a student teacher relationship. Behnje said she applies Desirée's latest teachings starting with each annual workshop. I'd recommend the studio for anyone serious about deepening their yoga practice along the lines of Desirée Rumbaugh!

When I moved to Grand Rapids I really didn't expect to find a teacher on that level but fortunately I was wrong. I find Carolyn's teaching as good or better than anyone I've studied with. Her level of expertise and depth of experience never cease to amaze me. Not only do I learn something new every class, but her energy is very calming and I always feel much more centered after class. Their new student discount is also really affordable, and they have mats, blocks, and blankets that they lend so you don't have to invest in all of the equipment starting out! It is somewhat hidden behind the D&W, but they also have their own little parking lot behind the grocery store, which is super convenient.
