The studio provides everything you need for props. It's not necessary to bring or buy props in order to make the class. At the end of class, you are able to use the aerial prop as a cocoon to create the most peaceful and soothing experience.

I was an aerialist for five years, but I have been out of practice (and out of shape!) for the better part of the last three years, following the birth of my youngest. Because I have lost a great deal of strength, finding a studio and instructor who can scaffold instruction is important to me. Rise, and owner/instructor Carrie delivered. The aerial flow class is adaptable to all levels of strength and experience. Carrie breaks down poses and demonstrates to ensure all students understand the mechanics of each pose. It was easy to feel comfortable and confident, and to feel some muscle memory returning. I signed up for a membership and look forward to adding these classes to my fitness regimen. Check out the membership options. The rates are significantly lower than other studios! Check out the schedule, as well- there are plenty of classes throughout the week- Barre, yoga, pilates, and aerial.

Corepower yoga 2 is a great class for flow and Parna's expertise on chakras and meditative yoga fits great with this type of class. CoreRestore, although not offered often, is more of a light, cool down stretch with a bit of sound bath effects and is not meant for intense stretching. Julie did a great job of emphasizing the relaxation components in tiny movements. not heated, and best after a long day, not meant to be a workout. Yoga sculpt 45 min is probably the most intense class with upbeat, fast-paced yoga flow combined with weights to intensify the workout and medium heat. Highly recommend for both strength and stretch and cardio all in one. Allison can project really well and get you hyped, and also offers really great form reminders/corrections. Hot power fusion with Ariana is amazing- the temp is set a couple degrees above 100 so it's definitely one you need to hydrate for, but it's not as intense as yoga sculpt and has more focus on balance and holding yoga poses for longer and testing your core. Ariana gives very clear, detailed instructions so it was easy to follow along, and best playlist!

I keep going back because it's the only hot yoga studio close to me and they have some knowledgeable instructors. The only downside is that the classes get way too full and packed and I end up feeling like a sardine in a sauna. My recommendation is to ALWAYS show up at least 15-20 minutes before your class starts so you can find a spot in the studio that you want to practice in, otherwise you'll be stuck in an awkward position between rows or right next to the trash weight rack. Highly recommend Sue's classes as she's super knowledgeable, educational, and overall just great vibes during her classes (and she also wears a headset so you can actually hear her over the music because not all instructors wear them and sometimes it's so hard to hear anything).

They offered beginner and also intermediate aerial classes which I loved and it was taught by Ali B. But since late last year, the aerial classes that were offered changed without notice and the aerial focused classes weren't available anymore, so I stopped going. I would love to find another place that has a focus on aerial whether it's silks or hammocks isn't important. But if you're looking more for yoga or low intensity barre classes, I would 100% recommend!

I booked Pilates through ClassPass and was surprised to see that I was the only one attending the class. I did attend a 12pm Monday class, so I am sure that's why. The class itself was nice, we used a mat, workout ball, and 2 small weights. The studio has all the equipment you need. The instructor was very nice and asked me how much Pilates I had done in the past and if I had any injuries. My only critique would be that I didn't receive as many adjustments/corrections as I typically like. Since I was the only one in class, I would had loved if the instructor was walking around, watching and correcting my form. Overall, I had a great time and I would definitely go back!

This yoga studio offers alot of variety of classes so me and a friend took a sound bath yoga class. We booked at the last minute and it was accepted with no issues online. The class was very relaxing and the instructors were incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't mind coming again and referring this place to other people. My drawbacks would be: the parking lot, it's tough to park in the front and there's limited space in the back; Their restrooms are clean but their sink and toilet isn't bolted down or caulked so it feels very wobbly when using; and lastly is that, it may be hard to enjoy the yoga at times because you are next to a major street, so it can be busy or really loud with police, firetrucks, ambulances, semi trucks and vehicles with flashy/broken exhausts making their way through the streets. Still recommend none the less!
