I had this happen to me two months ago and now I'm still in the process of trying to order a cup lol. The rewards are free money in a way and you earn them by working out over a certain period of time. You're only allowed to use them at your home location to purchase items. When you leave a message on their voicemail, they get back to you three weeks later, you can't message them on Instagram because they don't accept messages, etc. its a fight that I don't want to fight anymore.... I have two other choices. They're actually closer to my house that I think I will be joining and canceling my membership with this location. It is just sad cuz I have tried and since I have choices they helped make my choice for me.

My church friends at this point had gotten their food already and finished eating, and i'm still waiting. I decided to ask the lady about it. She nods, and I assume she is grabbing my drinks. She brings back a pretzel. I ask one more time, just to be sure she heard me. She has the AUDACITY to come back and ask me what I ordered. AND ROLLS HER EYES WHEN I TOLD HER I GOT A STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE AND A STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. Eventually, 10 minutes later, she gives me my strawberry smoothie. But the strawberry lemonade is nowhere to be seen. Ten more minutes later, she comes back with a NORMAL lemonade. I ask anyone if they ordered this, they all say no. So I assume the lady messed up my order and gave me a normal lemonade. At this point, I'm tired and want to get back to my church friends. So, I take the lemonade and walk away, enraged with my experience.

Located on the Naperville / Oswego border where 95th St dead-ends into Wolf's Crossing Rd, this public park incorporates 33 acres of carefully planned and meticulously maintained space. It's the perfect answer when asked by your kid for the umpteenth time "wHaT aRe wE dOoOiNg ToDaY?" This complex features a playground, splash pad, covered pavilion, basketball courts, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, a lookout point with sledding hill and a ninja warrior obstacle course. It connects to various biking trails and there's onsite public bathrooms with plenty of parking. The ~100ft zipline is a standout feature and draws a considerable line on busier days. Watching kids nearly get yeeted off into the bushes makes for great theater! I assume the weight limit is 200lbs so next time I'ma have a go at it (get outta my way, kids!) The only thing missing is concessions, as the lone pop machine near the restrooms didn't appear to work. I think there's enough people here on a routine basis to warrant building a snack shop! I'd love to serve nachos and root beer to hungry peeps, as long as I got paid $25/hr. * TL;DR * This idyllic, multi-faceted rec area is fully deserving of its perfect rating. Wolf's Crossing Community Park was built with young children and special accommodations in mind, easily accessible to all ages & abilities. The fam spent several hours here (granted, most of them were confined to the splash pad) and we barely scratched the surface. I can't wait to beast through that legit obstacle course some day when I remember to wear close-toed shoes. Ain't no way my clumsy ass is making it through there in flip flops. WCCP has tons of what we in the gaming realm refer to as "replayability", essentially, is there enough stuff to do on repeat visits? You bet there is! I used to go to Pure Barre in Texas, but I ended up taking an almost two year hiatus because my schedule got a little bit to hectic to commit. Now that I have some flexibility, I booked a class at this Pure Barre and headed in. The classes have been exactly what I was used to, but they're also different which is what I love about PB. You know what you're getting into once you've been to one class, but classes are just different enough each time that it never gets boring. So far I've only taken classes with Carly and she's really great! She stays on top of the whole class and ensures that everyone is using proper technique. Don't worry if you've never taken a class before, the instructors won't single you out, they'll come over to you privately and help you to find the right pose/posture. The owner, Kristy, is also a gem. She's super friendly and very welcoming to everyone. The one thing that really sticks out to me about this studio over others that I've been to, is class size. I used to have to workout really early or at lunch to avoid being in a packed to the brim class in Texas (they did end up opening a second location so I'm sure that alleviated some of the congestion), but this Naperville location is perfect. So far I've only gone to the 9:30am classes during the week, but they really aren't packed. I never feel like I'm trying to define my own personal space in this studio. If you want to try a new workout that isn't crazy intense on your body, but will still be challenging and changing... this is the workout for you! It's a great change of pace from yoga with the faster pace of Pilates. And this studio is top notch!

The workout felt very short-lived and rushed, but the sauna was pretty cool. I went with a friend and saw micro aggression take place in real time. The front desk lady was talking to my friend (who happens to be a black woman) in such a weird way that she was not talking to me in. You could cut the tension with a knife. She just had an attitude about her, almost like she was uncomfortable with her presence. I played it off and cut the tension with some comedic relief aimed at the worker but it was still an uncomfortable experience for me and my friend. To top it all off on our way out the other staff lady looked at my friend, looked at me, and then assumed that my friend was the guest that was brought to the center (probably because my friend happens to be larger than I am....). Which is another micro aggression but aimed at her weight... To my friend, "Oh.... I've never seen YOUU (your kind) here..." Me "woooow you don't remember every single guest that comes into your building?? Wooowww " We all laugh To me, "let me go ahead and get your ID and email in the system" * my friend responds thinking that that was said to her* Lady *scoff* " no not YOU () I don't need yours. I need hers." My friend and i just sit there like I'm pretty sure I even made a joke about her giving us attitude just to ease the tension, but the attitude was literally only directed towards my friend. Later-- when we are about to leave * second worker looks at me and my friend and then back at my friend* "Oh.. you must be the guest" My friend "uhhhh no." So yeah, that was kind of just the gist of what happened. I'm probably missing details. Also, I wanna make it known that I don't think these people are necessarily bad. I don't think that they were even truly aware that it was taking place, but it's important to mention.

Corepower yoga 2 is a great class for flow and Parna's expertise on chakras and meditative yoga fits great with this type of class. CoreRestore, although not offered often, is more of a light, cool down stretch with a bit of sound bath effects and is not meant for intense stretching. Julie did a great job of emphasizing the relaxation components in tiny movements. not heated, and best after a long day, not meant to be a workout. Yoga sculpt 45 min is probably the most intense class with upbeat, fast-paced yoga flow combined with weights to intensify the workout and medium heat. Highly recommend for both strength and stretch and cardio all in one. Allison can project really well and get you hyped, and also offers really great form reminders/corrections. Hot power fusion with Ariana is amazing- the temp is set a couple degrees above 100 so it's definitely one you need to hydrate for, but it's not as intense as yoga sculpt and has more focus on balance and holding yoga poses for longer and testing your core. Ariana gives very clear, detailed instructions so it was easy to follow along, and best playlist!
