The aerial flow class is adaptable to all levels of strength and experience. Carrie breaks down poses and demonstrates to ensure all students understand the mechanics of each pose. The classes are self ran and are a good workout. BUT thats it, The selection of products is horrible compared to other locations. And when I have wanted to use my "rewards" for purchases it takes a month or more. Because they don't carry any items, they have to order it and then you wait for the item to come, then have to track someone done to find out if it was delivered. I had this happen to me two months ago and now I'm still in the process of trying to order a cup lol. The rewards are free money in a way and you earn them by working out over a certain period of time. You're only allowed to use them at your home location to purchase items. When you leave a message on their voicemail, they get back to you three weeks later, you can't message them on Instagram because they don't accept messages, etc. its a fight that I don't want to fight anymore.... I have two other choices. They're actually closer to my house that I think I will be joining and canceling my membership with this location. It is just sad cuz I have tried and since I have choices they helped make my choice for me.

The mat pilates/barre classes with Christine and Andrea will work every bit of your body and leave you feeling stronger every day. The yoga classes range from restorative to power with many conducted in 95 degrees which I personally love! Jodie, Tori, Taryn, Andrea and Lindsey all have different styles, yet I have a hard time deciding between them as they are all terrific!
