I told the person on the phone why I was needing to see a doctor, but apparently, all of that was forgotten. Nothing I told to Zeiter Eye was there. Nothing that I told to the person making the appointment was there. That said, I talked to Dr. Kim and he checked my eyes and we talked about the eye socket fracture. He stated at that point that he might not be doing the surgery. It seemed responsible for him to acknowledge that to me. The receptionist said that someone would call me to make an appointment, so I guess they're remotely managed.

This was my first visit and it was because of a referral from my primary. They kept calling to get…read morethe paperwork from the office of the Primary Care Physician and I would call there to move things. The day of the appointment, they still said that they did not have the paperwork and called the office. By the time they appointment had passed, they found common ground and I was taken back for assessment. The initial testing person did a fine job and even had a sense of humor. He led me through multiple tests and kept me going through the unfamiliar process, showing both grace and patience. I was shuffled a bit until they found a room for Dr. Simon to meet. In both cases, the people listened to my story about having my eye socket fractured. When they tested my vision, there really wasn't much wrong, with my eyes so much but with the way one eye isn't level. Rather than push me into a set of glasses that might temporarily help, Dr. Simon asked if I wanted to talk to a surgeon who might be able to correct the problem with my eye socket and I agreed. I was also surprised to find someone on my side.

My daughter started wearing contacts in 6th grade. The staff taught her how to wear them and how to cleanse them! They kindly asked me to step out of the room so that my daughter could independently put them in on her own! Usually it takes a week and a couple of visits to get the hang of it! It only took her one day! Such an Amazing Optometrist and right along with staff!!

Dr. Edington said he forgot to take off a film coating from the lens and to take it off I have to pay three 'hundred I said no it was your fault. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE !! I have insurance now and went to Central Valley Eye in Manteca. Dr. Stephen Lin said Dr. Edington put in the wrong lens so Dr. Stephen Lin from Central Valley Eye did cataract surgeries on my left eye and then laser the one Dr. Edington did. Dr. Lin did a great job I don't even need glasses my eyes are prefect. So if you need eye surgeries go to CENTRAL VALLEY EYES I give them ten stars.

My first eye exam included a lengthy lecture on losing weight because I was in an RA flare and in a lot of pain. I could never see clearly through the glasses I got and when I called the office because my lenses were loose, she asked,"You've never had Medi-Cal glasses before?". My other son couldn't see clearly out of his glasses, either. New eye doctor and we don't have any of these issues and have a real diagnosis for my son which explains some of his trouble in school. Also, they don't answer the phone.
