The service was good, the Dr. seemed very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. My only concern is that everyone seemed to be sick and coughing/trying to hide the coughs in the office. If you're sick please just stay home or at least wear your mask properly, use air purifiers, open windows. Germs linger in the air and if the dentist/ortho is sick, they're inches away from your open mouth. Many friends have gotten c-vid at the dentist and became permanently disabled and worse. It's not just c-vid either, many other germs and diseases can circulate and transfer through the air especially during dental work when the patient is highly vulnerable with their mouth open. Please don't get your patients sick for the sake of business. Other than that/under normal circumstances I'd rate this office 5 stars for sure. read more

She came in with one of the most extreme cases he has seen, and over the course of 2 years, with Dr. Hom's expertise, my daughter now has a beautiful set of teeth. Dr. Hom is amazing at what he does. I took my daughter to him for braces and from the very beginning, his office staff and Dr. Hom have always been very kind and offered top quality care. He knows what he's doing, he recommend some teeth removal before getting started so that my daughter could keep all her natural teeth (she had some missing adult teeth that would've never came in) and not worry about wisdom teeth coming in later on and making the teeth shift again. He also recommend an oral surgeon for the teeth removal and everything went smoothly! We are currently on the last phase of braces, my daughter's braces came off this week and now we just have retainers. His timing on how long treatment will be is spot on. His office works so well as a team there are no delays, everything gets done quick but efficient. Appointments are always on time, which I loved because we have a busy schedules. I read a comment here where someone said Dr.Hom didn't have any bedside manner. I disagree, Dr.Hom, doesn't have what some would call an "animated" personality but that doesn't mean he doesn't have bedside manner. I thought his bedside manner was great, has always been nice and friendly and he's very straight forward which is what we need to hear when it comes to any type of care. He always answered my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. I never felt like he didn't have any bedside manner. I cannot recommend Dr.Hom and his office enough!! Both of our boys have been going to Dr. Hom for their orthodontic treatment. Our older son just got his braces off and is now using a retainer. Our younger son is still on braces. Both go in periodically as per their treatment plan. Both needed their jaw expanded and the expanders & headgear (for my younger son) seemed to help. So far, we have been happy with our experience so far. Dr. Hom has been thoughtful about minimizing the pulling of teeth as a default stance. Visits are painless and we move in and out quickly. Dr. Hom is an awesome orthodontist and I can say that with confidence as I have had braces with him TWICE. Originally, I had braces with him in middle school and due to health issues, I had to get them off early + was not able to wear my retainer although my teeth were perfectly straight. Lesson learned this is my second time visiting Dr. Hom I first came to him a few years ago when I was preteen/teenager He left my teeth pristine and I being a reckless lazy teenager did not wear my retainer the first time around as an adult I felt bad about how much money my parents paid and embarrassed about how crooked my bottom teeth have gotten. I build up the courage and went back to Dr. Hom and he and his staff were more than welcoming and helped get my teeth back to how they were when he first left them!
