As someone who had a lot of anxiety with dentist, I'm really happy that I found Dr. Davoodian. She's kind , gentle, and makes sure you don't have pain while she works on your teeth. I've gone to her a couple of times and both her and her staff are helpful answering my question and providing options. The office itself is also very clean (even the restroom) and there is plenty of parking. read more

My family has been going to Dr. Davoodian for a little over a year now and I just switched over. They had raved about her and her team and boy were they right! All of the 5 star reviews are spot on - she's kind, gentle and non-judgmental. My prior dentist had sold his practice and the new owners were more focused on maximizing revenue (unnecessary treatments) than patient care. I had a couple of things that needed fixing, and Dr. Davoodian did a great job explaining what needed to be done without overtreating. I appreciated her conservative approach and thoughtful explanations. Never thought I'd rave about a Dentist, but she and her team are amazing!!! read more

I had a crazy pregnancy vomiting 10+ times a day for 34 weeks. I knew my teeth were going to be horrible after. I was extremely intimidated to go to the dentist, but thankfully Dr. Davoodian, from the very beginning, was kind, non judgmental, and optimistic. No fuss, no shaming. I got tons of work done in a matter of months. She is a perfectionist and I will forever entrust my teeth to her! Also want to note that Dr. Davoodian is highly respectful to her staff- I've never seen someone say thank you as much as her! I truly admire that! read more

I've been seeing this office for 4 years now. Their facility is state of the art. Dr Davoodian is incredible. She's compassionate, honest, fast, and gentle. I previously saw the same dentist for over 25 years and as it turns out they were for whatever reason not calling out issues developing around my wisdom teeth. Dr Davoodian saved my tooth. She also warned me that one day the issue may come back and it would need to be pulled. Fast forward to a week ago - I'm suddenly in quite a bit of constant, throbbing pain. With a simple text, Dr Davoodian's office got me an appointment the next morning with no notice. She quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately their in house surgeon was out that week. She went above and beyond and was able to refer me to a nearby oral surgeon that she completely trusted. An hour later I was being prepped for an extraction. I can't recommend her and her staff enough. I will be a patient for life. read more

She's gentle, smart, and caring. She communicates effectively and really makes sure you are in complete understanding and agreement with the treatment plan. After many years of looking for a new dentist, I finally found her. I'm grateful. read more

I would give a million stars if I could! From my very first visit, she immediately paid attention to every detail. She even found a cavity that my old dentist had simply covered up instead of properly treating--so disappointing, but I'm so glad she caught it. With my son, she noticed right away that he's a little tongue-tied and actually took the time to show me how you can tell, explain what it means, and walk me through possible next steps. No other dentist has ever done that for us. I couldn't recommend her more--just go! You'll be so glad you did. read more

Dr. Davoodian is a competent, honest dentist who prioritizes patient needs over profit. She recommended a crown for a broken tooth but, during preparation, found it only needed a filling. How many dentists do you know who doesn't over-treat for profit? read more

The best! Dr. Davoodian is so precise, kind, thorough, and does everything so beautifully. No pain ever! Amazing. Thank you!

Dr. Davoodian is an excellent dentist who provides me with high-quality care and works closely with my insurance to make everything manageable. She's kind, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. This is the fifth dentist I've been to in the area, and she's by far the best. The office is super clean and professional--though a bit bright and sterile with its all-white design--but the staff's warmth more than makes up for it. Highly recommend! read more

Just moved to the area and needed a primary dentist! Called an endodontist by accident, and they recommended me to Dr . Davoodian! I'm sure glad they did! It's a door in the back... a silver door that will transport you to the modern - almost like a movie era of dentistry! The esthetics really trip me out! But the most impressive is the team! They're such nice and outgoing yet professional peeps! They care, make sure you are always ok, tell you what you need, what they are concerned for, and will ask you if you need a breather; also very silly too! They'll make sure to make an arrangement for the next appt that you need and be straight up with pricing. THE ONLY THING IS!!! please put your name DR. BITA DAVOODIAN on the front of the building and maybe a sign that the entrance is in the back parking lot! Looks like I found my primary dentist! read more

I love this dentist office so much that I actually look forward to seeing the doctor and staff! The are so friendly and kind. All of their equipment is super clean and hightech, they are very in touch with how I am feeling (I just had 2 fillings this morning so I am hot from the chair), I totally trust them and love them!! read more

As other dental reviews of mine have said, I *hate* going to the dentist. Nothing personal, DDSeseses, I just hate mouth-related pain. Oof. But I decided I needed a routine check up recently and found Dr. Davoodian online with plenty of rave reviews. I was able to see her rather quickly after calling. The building is very muted outside - you'd probably drive right by it. There's on site parking and the entrance to her office is around the back. However, inside it's completely modern, updated, and clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly and clear. First appointment, the assistant (not sure if hygienist?) was very patient with me as she did my x-rays. I am terrible with those contraptions in my mouth so I warned her and she did her best to accommodate me - didn't make me feel obnoxious, which was nice of her :) I am a baby about it. Phew, those were out of the way and I met with Dr. Davoodian who is super chill and has a pretty good sense of humor. She pointed out a spot in my front tooth that had kind of a gap, more like a 'cavity could happen here' so she wanted to fill it in. Made an appointment for 2 weeks later to have that done. I agreed, but told her I'm super nervous, hate dental work and needles in my mouth, etc. She reassured me she has all sorts of tricks to help. Cut to 2 days ago for the filling appointment and man, she kept her word! She first used some topical numbing gel on my gums and then she and her assistant did this trick with aiming water at my mouth and kind of shaking my lip so that I barely felt the needle - honestly!! Tiniest of pinches. I had a shot in the front of my gums ~20 years ago and it was brutal. Then after the first shot when it was numb, she gave me another shot and dosage of novacaine and since it was numb, barely felt that. The work itself took 5 minutes tops as there wasn't really anything to drill, just pre-emptively fill. Mouth was numb and felt weird for a bit after (always does) and then I was even more surprised, literally nothing hurt once the novocaine wore off. I was amazed. If you don't have a dentist or are looking to switch, I 100% recommend Dr. Davoodian. She's thorough, doesn't dilly dally, and is personable to boot. Also my bill was laid out BEFORE my appointment, which I appreciated too. Seriously great dentist and office. Note: I will not be attaching photos cause.....uh....no thanks ;) read more

Love her! Best dentist I've ever had. She's up front and honest. Haven't had an issue yet and I've been going to her office for about 7/8 years now. Office crew is friendly & great too! read more

I cannot thank Dr. Davoodian enough. I had broken my filling yesterday and started having sharp pain. I immediately called the office to check their availability and thank goodness they were able to accommodate me today. Dr. Davoodian is a very skilled, efficient, intelligent and caring dentist. Despite her busy schedule, she was able to evaluate and repair the damage to my tooth within an hour. The office staff is so helpful and efficient. I feel the camaraderie and support every time I visit the office, such a positive environment! Thank you again! read more

I can't say enough good things about this office. I was tired of driving 38 miles one-way to my previous dental office so I was referred to Dr. Davoodian. My first visit was last week when I realized that a part of my old silver filling had fallen out. I ended up getting it replaced today with composite material by Dr. Davoodian. Wow, is she good! The entire staff is really on their game, very friendly and efficient, and the appointment was less than an hour and virtually painless. She is very careful to make sure that the anesthesia is perfect so you feel no pain and shows you the x-rays as well as photos of what work was done. I am so happy to find this office. read more

I avoid going to the dentist. Hate it with a passion. So finding a good dentist is critical and I think I've found my new dentist. Things I look for: -modern techniques -allows me to take breaks and have topical to make me comfortable -tells me what they are doing -doesn't try to have a conversation with me while my mouth has a bunch of instruments in it -doesn't try to get money out of me every possible opportunity They were very understanding of my hatred of dentistry and were great about making sure I was as comfortable as possible. And man my teeth haven't been looking this good in decades. Really really happy and glad I found them. read more

Great new remodeled office. Dr. Davoodian is so great. Before using the dental tools she explains what's going to happen and also constantly confirms if you're ok. The staff is amazing and very nice as well. Highly recommended! read more

Wow. Dr. Davoodian is an angel on earth. I got into a motor vehicle accident and had massive dental damage, with significant bone loss and front teeth knocked out. I scoured LA for a full year searching for the best dentist until I finally found her - time and effort I'm so pleased I committed. Most dentists didn't even want to touch my situation, but Dr. Davoodian promised me she'd get my smile back. She expertly led me through the entire process with kindness and integrity. On the medical side of my accident, I felt like I had to be my own doctor and therapist, but with Dr. Davoodian, I could just be a patient. I was so comfortable putting all my trust in her knowing that she would guide me through all the tough decisions. And her skills??? Omg. Dentistry is an art and she is Picasso. And the entire staff are so kind and were invested in my recovery. When I finally got my smile back, the staff even stepped out of their offices to support me as I exited just like parents after a soccer victory :) it was a big emotional moment. Choosing Dr. Davoodian as your dentist will be the best decision for your health that you've ever made. read more

Long overdue review, sorry Doc!! Dr. D is the real deal. Like many of you, I'd been remiss in going to the dentist. I met the good doctor through a friend and she promised she was pain free. Reluctantly, I made an appointment. She kept her word and has been my dentist for at least 7 years. She's consistently gentle, is good about "keeping an eye on that one", and honest and trustworthy. Her staff is top notch as well. I looked at the reviews and there are people I referred to her, I think that says a lot. Go to Dr. Davoodian, she'll take great care of you. read more

Dr. Davoodian is the best dentist. Very skilled, gentle, and has a great personality. Her entire staff are very kind and welcoming. Dr. Davoodian tells it like it is. She's just so wonderful. Dr. Davoodian and her staff are THE best! I recently called close to closing time on a Friday and they went above and beyond to help a friend of mine who wasn't even a patient yet! They quickly signed her up as a patient and addressed her needs with reassuring warmth. Have you had a dental emergency on the weekend? Good luck!! I felt confident referring my friend but I was particularly impressed at the urgency and care with which they helped her. I've had particularly hard time finding a dental office that acts with such efficiency, transparency, consideration, and SKILL (she's such objectively a great clinician and dentist). Thankfully, Bita's office has turned my dental experience around - I can't recommend her and her team enough. read more

My angel on earth. Literally. I have been TERRIFIED of dentist offices my whole life. Honestly I refused to go in. When I say terrified I mean I rather deal with pain then sit in a chair. One day I had such bad pain I yelped this location and I have never more thankful. Dr. Davoodian is the most locking, patient, knowledgeable and most sincere dentist I've ever come across in life. She a human being first and a dentist second. She truly takes care of her patients. I've been coming here for three years now and it doesn't feel like I'm walking into the dentist. Dr. Davoodian explains the entire process to you and checks in every few min to make sure you're okay. Faye at the front desk is just so nice! She's so sweet and really works with your Schedule. I drive literally 92 miles to come to this office and it's worth every minute on the freeway. My teeth have never been cleaner, prettier and my smiler has been so bright! Stellar! Dr Bita Davoodian and her team are incredible. They are incredibly efficient, polite and professional. Dr D gave me honest advice and took great care of a tooth that chipped when one of my twins decided to throw a nerf gun at me! Dr Dena looked after my 4 year old twins (Gremlins) in a fantastic manner. I am super comfortable bringing my young children here and thoroughly recommend anyone else to do so too. They make it fun and now my Gremlins get excited to go to the Dentist. Thank you Dr Davoodian and all your team. See you every few months for us all. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Bita and her staff are so kind and accommodating. Dr. Davoodian and her team are amazing! My wife and I are very particular about dentists and to find someone as good as her as been a years long task!! Her office is responsive, communicative and pay attention to the details. We used to go to Hermosa Smiles and that place was just a factory with no personalization and no attention to detail. I highly recommend her and her office. read more

Dr. Davoodian is the best dentist EVER! I've been through the WORST dentists and have never worked with a dentist that is so competent. Dr. Davoodian, to put it simply, is truly an extraordinary dentist. After moving to the area last summer and looking for a new dentist (and having a bad experience with someone in the area), I feel so fortunate that I found Dr. Davoodian. There are many dentists to choose from in the South Bay area, but I can say without question that Dr. Davoodian is absolutely one of the very best. Over the past year, I have received multiple cleanings and fillings (and more), and every time I leave, I know that I am taken care of in all the right ways. Dr. Davoodian is so unlike any other dentist that I recommended her to both my parents, who are now very happy and loyal patients -- and I'm sending my wife to her, soon, too! First, as others have mentioned here, Dr. Davoodian is extremely thorough. In all my many other dental experiences, I have never had someone who was so meticulous in checking out every aspect of my mouth during cleanings and fillings, making sure with expert precision that each cleaning or filling was done exactly right by her or her staff. It is obvious that not only does she love what she does, but she is amazing at it. Her professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched, and she was able to understand issues with my teeth and mouth in ways that other dentists did not (or did not take the time to). Moreover, Dr. Davoodian and all her staff are also wonderful people. It is clear that Dr. Davoodian really cares -- and that makes a world of difference. I trust her with my oral health more than I've trusted any dentist (or any doctor, for that matter) before. She is kind, funny, and personable, and always puts you at ease, but more than anything, really makes sure that every service is done with the highest quality. I leave knowing that whatever the issue, Dr. Davoodian will do everything she can, as carefully as she can, to help me. She is just excellent in every way! Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Davoodian enough. She is a remarkable dentist and I am grateful to be a client! read more

She has been my dentist for about 6 years and she is great! All her staff are great people. Never had a bad experience. 5 star work!!!

Going in as a first time patient, i didnt know what to expect but wow was i pleasantly surprised!!! From the meet and greet and throughout the entire process and procedure, Dr. Davoodian and her staff were absolutely amazing!! They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed me as if tho i was a patient there for years! Beautiful office, awesome bedside manner, and very understanding of my childlike fear of the dentist haha, I will absolutely recomend my friends and family here!! Thank you sooooo much! read more

I'll preface this review by saying I rarely if ever take the time to leave reviews. I don't quite remember how I found Dr. D, but she changed the way I think about going to the dentist. Not only does she feel like a friend, but she makes the whole dental experience enjoyable. She's not trying to upsell you anything you don't need and genuinely cares about her patients. In particular, she has gone above and beyond to make my teeth look amazing for my recent wedding and I will be forever grateful to her for that. I even recommended her to my mom, who recently started seeing her as well. If you're looking for an honest, awesome dentist, give Dr. D a try. You won't be disappointed. Special shoutout to Fay, her office manager, who is the best of the best and an insurance whiz! read more

What a great experience. I hadn't visited the dentist in over 10 years so I was pretty nervous about my appointment. The staff was extremely nice and they took great care to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable for my first deep cleaning. The process was smooth and, even though I had a few cavities, I felt I was in great hands with Dr. Davoodian and her staff. I will definitely be using them for all my dental needs in the future. I am glad I found them. read more

In looking for a new dentist, I decided to try Dr. Davoodian as her office was nearby. My pre-appointment experience raised some concern as I received multiple messages about the same thing on more then one occasion, despite having responded to them, and it seemed quite disorganized. More concern was raised upon arriving at the office, located in an old, poorly maintained building. However, my experience only improved from there. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly, efficient and thorough. They did a pain free cleaning and expressed concern for my comfort many times which put me at ease. Dr. Davoodian herself was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation and assessment. She was understanding of my request to hold off on non critical X-rays until next time and seemed honest and truthful in her assessment. Despite the initial concern, I had a great experience and will likely make this my new permanent dental office. With an improved administrative experience and a newer office, this could absolutely be a 5-star dental office! read more

Bita an amazing, caring and thorough dentist. Not only did she do a great job with resealing all of my teeth, filling cavities, reshaping my front teeth, and general cleaning, BUT SHE STOPPED MY HUSBAND FROM SNORING!!! I now sleep so much better that I don't have to wake my husband up to roll over. She scanned him for sleep apnea and has him wear a night time mouth guard. I'm not bothered or frightened from a loud Cpap machine at night. Bita...can you fix the cats running around the house at 4am for no apparent reason? Thank you so much! Love you!!! read more

LOVE Dr Davoodian and her staff! I've been seeing Dr Davoodian for several years and I'm always impressed with her skill, honesty, and down to earth personality. She makes recommendations based on what she would do with her own teeth and is always upfront about costs and what insurance will cover. On my last visit, I had inadvertently scheduled an important call too close to my appointment time and she rallied the whole team to finish my procedure, handle payment, and schedule my follow-up all at the same time to get me on my way super quickly. I was amazed! She is fabulous...I can't praise her highly enough! Thank you Dr Davoodian and team!! read more

Let me start by saying that I have always had anxiety going to the dentist. I switched to Dr. Davoodian after some horrible experiences I had with previous dentists (doing a root canal on a wrong tooth). I am so happy I found Dr. Davoodian, her and her staff are like family and they treat me like one of their own. From the minute I walk in I know I am in good hands. Dr. Davoodian is very meticulous in what she does, she takes her time and examines everything before approaching to what's needs to be done next while explaining it me. In all my life I have never seen a dentist who cares as much as she does for her patient. I am forever grateful to her and have recommended her to all my family and friends. Dr. Davoodian has given us great dental care for years now, this is truly an exceptional operation. I brag about my dentist all the time! read more

Dentist: 5 stars Office Staff: 5 stars The entire staff is very kind and Dr. Davoodian is an excellent, honest, and passionate dentist. I am new to Los Angeles and tried two other dentists that I was not happy with. Dr. Davoodian was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be more grateful. Dr. Davoodian, her front desk, and her assistant are very friendly and organized. Dr. Davoodian takes her time to make sure you are comfortable and feel at ease. She has very advanced equipment that clarifies any question you may have; it makes it easy to understand everything she recommends. She took x-rays that were blown up onto a tv screen, AND took pictures of my teeth individually. It is clear that Dr. Davoodian really cares about dentistry. Third time truly is a charm! We found Dr. Davoodian when my daughter woke up with a cracked tooth on a busy Saturday morning. Her regular dentist couldn't see her and I went online. The office manager fit us in immediately and went out of her way to work around our schedule. She also went out of her way to find our insurance information when I couldn't. The office is easy to get to and. Dry clean and welcoming. The staff could not be nicer even for a last minute appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I moved my whole family here. I came in for what I thought would be a routine cleaning last Monday and found I needed a deep clean. Blech. No fun but Dr. Davoodian did the first half right there. During my X-rays I heard her helping my daughter with her long division right outside of the room. When I was done she gave me a hug as if we were family. Honestly you could not do for a more through, kind, and caring dental office. I came back this morning for the other side and it was a breeze. Dr. Davoodian is very in tune with her patients. At every funny facial expression she paused to make sure I was ok and see if I needed more numbing. My daughter adores her as well. You won't be sorry! read more
