This was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. I woke up in extreme pain from impacted wisdom teeth (two of them were badly decayed) and needed an emergency extraction. I called the office, and Dr. Moshe Eizdi himself answered. He was incredibly kind, reassuring, and told me to come in right away--which was such a relief. When I arrived, the front desk staff was so welcoming. The assistant who took my X-rays was amazing, and Olga, the dental assistant, was an absolute angel--checking on me constantly and making sure I felt no pain. Dr. Mo was everything you'd want in a dentist--professional, comforting, funny, and informative. He explained every step, gave me options, and kept me calm the entire time (dental work makes me super anxious, so that meant a lot). The extraction was tricky, and another dentist (a young gentleman of Asian descent--wish I got his name!) stepped in to help. He was just as gentle and skilled. Together, they got the job done without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. I've never received care like this in any healthcare setting. Truly a 10/10 experience. I went to see Dr. Mo for a root canal and I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was actually a good experience. I've had bad dental visits in the past, so I was pretty nervous walking in. The office itself is really clean and welcoming, not like the typical cold dentist vibe I was expecting. Dr. Mo explained everything step by step so I wasn't left wondering what was happening. The numbing shot barely hurt, honestly I didn't even realize he had already done it until he told me. He spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me asking various questions. He got me in 1st thing in the morning - Xray'd me & found I had a terrible infection. I had to get it pulled (already had a root canal on that tooth) - He numbed me up & as soon as that tooth came out I was out of pain. So my first trip to the dentist my family and I all had x-rays and cleanings done. It took several hours to get through the 4 of us. Staff was pleasant enough, however, at one point saw a dentist chatting up a patient and their kids they seemed to be friends. It was off putting bc me and my family were waiting to get work done and they took time to talk to people when they could've been working. My husband went in a few weeks later to have a deep cleaning done. I had an appointment scheduled several days to a week later I had forgot about due to a close friend passing. I mentioned this when I called to say I wouldn't make it. Instead of having empathy they pointed out I would have a $60 fee for no show and stated it was in documentation I signed. I was upset due to the lack of empathy in the situation and stated me and my family will look elsewhere to get our dental work done. Pretty crazy that they can't have empathy once and forgo a charge due to my situation. Instead they would rather lose out on all the work my family and I could have received there. I guess at the end of the day money is priority over customer understanding and empathy. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a friendly and reliable dental office who cares for patients instead of mailing every penny they can from customers. They've lost my business and also for my other 3 family members. Hope it was worth it to them! read more

Absolutely terrified of the dentist and have avoided going for a long time, unfortunately I had a broken molar that got infected and got bad enough that I knew I had to bite the bullet. Was panicking overnight trying to find somewhere, tried calling here but panicked and didn't leave a message/follow up, but Dr.Mo texted back to check about a missed call (so sweet). I managed to get myself there and although I didn't enjoy it bc at the end of the day it's a dental visit, the whole staff was very sweet, made sure I was comfortable even though I was pretty quiet/in my head, didn't make me shameful at all which felt very refreshing from a dentist.
