My case is not simple but Dr B also assured that it can be fixed without the extras and unnecessary services. Wow, where to begin! I didn't wear my retainer for a while and my teeth shifted so I wanted a new retainer. I found Dr. B right here on Yelp and chose to go to him because he does digital impressions instead of those awful gooey suction impressions. When I called the office the ladies were so informative and accommodating (I changed my appointment three times). I went today and was surprised that Dr B actually saw me since it was just a retainer. He was so kind and gentle. He adjusted my retainer to help straighten the shifting and we came up with a plan to upgrade to an Invisalign retainer once my teeth are corrected. I was so happy and relieved and I wasn't even charged for the visit. The office is clean and he very obviously educated with modern technology. I'll be recommending him to everyone I can! Amazing service! I had my braces done by another orthodontist but I wish I had it done here. My permanent retainer/wire came undone 3 times, all of which accumulate in cost to get it repaired. After considering getting the wire repaired or removing it altogether, Dr. B was kind enough to lay out pricing and options through a Yelp message. Given it was close to work, I made an appointment to get the broken wire removed and make a mold for a removable retainer instead. It was done within 20-30 minutes and I was able to pick up the retainer within 3 days! Amazing!! Staff is also incredibly friendly and great at communication, and the fees are much more affordable than other quotes I've gotten around the area. Thank you so much!! After several years of intense teeth grinding, I broke my trusty retainer (literally cracked part of it off). Dr. Bakhtari gave me several options, such a getting a new nightguard made or getting the retainer repaired for a much cheaper fee as a short term solution. Chose the latter for now to save some cash, but when it breaks again I'll be back to get the nightguard made. They even offered to credit part of the fee for the retainer repair to the nightguard. Overall, a small, proffesional office that seems more than willing to work with you on any sort of orthodontic problem. Also did a great job of tightening up my retainers. read more

Dr. Bakhtari was a true godsend for me! I had had a permanent retainer for fifteen years until it started to break apart. Then I had a wire pop out on one side and I couldn't eat easily anymore, plus the wire was super sharp and uncomfortable. My old orthodontist refused to see me for nearly a week, despite me explaining the urgency of the matter. My dentist then recommended Dr. Bakhtari. I was able to get in to see him immediately. I am truly grateful to have Dr. Bakhtari as my orthodontist. I have wanted braces for the past 15 years but never really got to it. I found Dr. Bakhtari on yelp. Five stars clear across the board. I figured I would give him a shot. Just making the appt with the receptionist was great. Ginger was very nice and not pushy about making any appointments. That's what made me feel comfortable. I ended up making an appointment and finally met Dr. B. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, respectful and well mannered. During the consultation he explained all the craziness that was going on with my teeth thoroughly. He told me exactly what needed to be done and how long treatment would take. I felt completely at ease. Right then and there I knew i wanted Dr. Bakhtari as my orthodontist. I made an appointment and a week later I got braces. You would think after you get your braces they would forget about you until your next appointment. Not Dr. B. the next day was a Saturday and i got a courtesy message from him. He asked how the first night was and how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. I was like "wow" this guy is awesome. He actually cares for his patients. Would give Dr. B and Erika 10 stars if I could! I just recently finished my Invisalign case with them and let me tell you my case was not easy. I was told my another ortho that I could in no way do Invisalign and needed 7 teeth pulled and maybe my jaw cranked for my overbite!!!! I went and saw Dr.B and right away I was approved for Invisalign (and only a baby tooth that was still there in my late 20s pulled). I saw 6 different orthodontist and knew riviera orthodontics was definitely the place I needed to be. They are so warm and friendly and actually make it a point to get to know you.
