I will say I personally know they are a preferred shop for two different insurance companies so that should say something. I wouldn't hesitate to come here for custom work if I needed it too.

Extremely disappointed with the repair experience at Crash Champions Stafford. I was notified that…read moremy vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the repairs were clearly incomplete and not up to acceptable standards. The front bumper was visibly misaligned, the front right fender was misaligned, a screw/fastener was missing under the hood, and the headlights were improperly aligned with the bumper. The front right headlight is also physically damaged/broken in the corner and still has not been replaced. To make matters worse, the newly replaced front bumper itself is cracked/defective, which is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that was supposedly ready for delivery. When I pointed these issues out, I was told that 'sometimes new parts come with defects.' That is not an acceptable response. Defective parts should be replaced before a customer is asked to pick up their vehicle. I refused delivery of the vehicle because it was not restored to pre-accident condition. There were also delays and poor communication regarding the repair timeline and paperwork, and I even received an automated email incorrectly stating that I had already picked up my vehicle when the shop still has possession of it. I expect Crash Champions to fully correct all alignment issues, replace the cracked bumper and damaged front right headlight, reinstall all missing hardware properly, and complete the repairs to professional standards before considering this repair complete. They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.

No sense of empathy at all, but more so approached me as if I was planning to get over on them or rob them as others have. The lady (Amy, I believe) even mentioned that they have cars there that still haven't been paid for. Unbeknownst to me and neither does that have anything to do with me, the energy and approach was rather aggressive than helpful. After speaking with my insurance agent, they then became a bit nicer and cooperative. They were so interested in the money that they forgot to have me sign release papers, so my car could be picked up and now they keep calling me... I drove 35 minutes to get there and will not return due to how I was treated.

My vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run. I chose this shop because, when it was previously Service King, my mother had positive experiences, and my auto insurance recommended this location due to its proximity to my home. When I initially picked up my vehicle, it looked great. Several weeks later, while hand-washing the vehicle as recommended after repairs, I noticed the clear coat peeling on the repaired bumper. I returned to the shop, where the General Manager attempted a repair and stated he had "never seen anything like this." Fast forward to the present--while washing my vehicle again, I noticed additional areas where the clear coat is bubbling, and on the side where repairs were performed, the clear coat is now chipping away. I brought the vehicle back to the shop, only for the General Manager to essentially throw his hands up at the situation. He claimed the damage was caused by rock impacts; however, there is no visible impact damage in these areas. I've had multiple vehicles repaired over the years at body shops of my choosing and have never experienced an issue that required repeat visits--nor have I ever had a shop fail to restore a vehicle to its pre-loss condition as promised. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. If you value quality repairs and accountability, go elsewhere
