Pro-tech was the best body shop I've ever worked with. Another driver backed into my tailgate and he tried to convince me there was no damage. Fortunately, my stepfather taught me that when you have a tire on the back, it almost always pushes in when it is hit. I took my car to another shop not associated with other driver's Insurance (Elephant) and they did a fast look-over, claimed there was probably some damage to the door, and wrote up a very high estimate. This left me feeling uneasy because I did not want to charge another driver if there was no reason to, and if they had no integrity in an estimate, how much faith could I put into their repair? So I picked Pro-Tech off of Elephant's list and upon meeting Natalie in the office, I immediately felt better. She looked over the car and had the worker come out and show me the damage- It was obvious with the tire off. I was nervous they would give me a used tailgate to replace my old one but Natalie called and I heard her make sure it was new (the other shop said I could only get a used one.) Instead of returning their call to schedule the work, I showed up one day when I happened to be out and Natalie told me she could get the rental car right over and I could leave it then, which I did. I also casually mentioned the car had an Autostart system installed after-market and that the glass on the tailgate should pop with the push of the button on my remote. She said they would make sure it worked and that they would send me updates on the car through my email. It was amazing. The emails detailed what was happening with my little SUV like watching it run through a car-wash. 1. Removing tailgate... 2. Prep department... 3. Paint department...4. READY! They also called and let me know it was ready. When I picked up the car, Natalie arranged the return of the rental- I didn't have to do a thing! When we went to inspect the car I was immediately unhappy with the new, thin tire cover and before I could say anything Natalie told me they no longer made my old tire cover so they kept the old one for me, then she opened the trunk, and there it was. The mechanic also came out and asked if all was good. The tailgate was tighter and felt better than ever before. The paint matched perfectly and the tire was no longer pushed slightly in toward the car. We tested the trunk pop on the remote and that also worked. The work was outstanding. Obviously no last-minute short-cuts (body-filler instead of new parts, etc.) were taken. Natalie gave me a copy of all my paperwork including their warranty and told me if there were any issues, to give the shop a call. I could not be more pleased with Pro-tech. With my husband off traveling for work, I always look for shops that won't take advantage of women. The staff here treat people with equality and respect, are communicative, and care about their work. I have recommended them to everyone I know. read more

I had severe damage on the passenger side of my car. It was a brand new Ford Fusion and I got in an accident 6 months later. Pro Tech Collision was able to take my car in right away and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were able to accommodate me and my questions. The people who worked on my car did an amazing job and it came out looking brand new! They even cleaned the outside and inside. The staff worked through the holidays to get my car done and I appreciated all the repairs they did. I would highly recommend Pro Tech to anyone. I wish I could give them another star for the excellent customer service, These folks did an over the top job, going way beyond the call of duty in many ways like the owner giving me a ride to Enterprise to pick up my rental car because I was late and missed the my appointment, I was sent updates by email letting me follow the process from beginning to end. They even washed and cleaned the inside of my van. Give them a try and you'll see what I mean. Again customer service was AWESOME, my van looks great and I am HAPPY with the service received !! Excellent service! They have a system that keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle through text message. Mike was wonderful. He did everything he could to keep the price as low as possible. Price was very fair. Skill level, eleven out of ten. My Cadillac looks amazing. I might have to bring it back so they can make the rest of the car look as good as what they worked on. Then, when I went to pick up my car, they had done a detail job on top of everything else. They even cleaned my weathertech floor mats. If Ineed more bodywork or pain, this is where I will be going. ProTech did an excellent job on my lexus after a deer hit. Time frame was longer than expected but it was during the holidays but they were able to completely repair my lexus actually looked brand new when finished. One thing I would suggest would be it would have been nice for the inside of the vehicle to have been detailed once finished especially after a 5000 dollar repair job just saying. read more
