My car was damaged in an automobile accident. Caliber repaired my vehicle like the damage never happened. All of the employees were attentive, professional, and courteous. The kept me up-to-date every step of the way and made the whole process very easy. I went to the location on Nelms Circle in Fredericksburg. It was very covenient to my home and the rental car place. They worked with the rental car company and the insurance company seamlessly. I highly recommend them. read more

Hit a deer, bumper and front end damage... got my truck back and headlight was still cracked and a gouge on tge front of my hood tgat wasn't fixed.... front end damage they fixed the minimal! Missed a bunch that wasn't there previous deer strike. Front bumper looked like it was painted in a hime owners garage. Mind you I have a 2021 Chevrolet 1500 rst red so everything shows..paint is orange peeled. Poor quality and poor damage control!!! read more

I wish I could give more stars! My daughter recently ran my wife's new car into the garage door and scraped up the bumper and headlight. They took it in to Caliber and spoke to Richard. He looked and the car and told them he might have an easy fix. He was able to quickly buff off the garage paint and make the bumper look 99% new, with only a very small spot left. They were in shock how good he made it look right there on the spot. Then, the absolute craziest part! He refused to accept any money at all for the fix. I was stunned when they told me what happened. He could easily have taken advantage of the situation and quoted them the cost of a new bumper and headlight. This type of honestly and kindness is hard to find these days, and Caliber has definitely earned any future repair business I have. Reading the reviews, it's obvious they treat all of their customers with the same honesty and respect. Thank you! read more

I was in an accident and messed up my car. Caliber Collisions called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for repairs on my car. My family has worked with Caliber Collisions in the past ever since I was a little girl and have always been pleased. I go into my appointment and the nice service rep in the front Johnathan advised me the appointment was canceled. I advised it was changed from Thursday to Monday. He looked and said someone accidentally canceled my appointment for Monday and kept the Thursday time. It was a discrepancy on their part. He went in an open office to speak with two service advisors Stephannie and Crystal. Crystal was speaking loudly about my situation, going off saying it's not her problem someone messed up the schedule, and that she can't take me today. Then I asked were you just speaking about me? Because I was shocked this display of unprofessional behavior was not only in front of me, but my children as well. Then she ignored me! Stephannie stepped up, tried to diffuse the situation, but Crystal maintained her nasty attitude. I was there for almost an hour to only have the outside of my car assessed, have to reschedule another appointment, and to encounter a very miserable unprofessional lady with poor customer service skills. Shoutout to Mr. Richard who checked on us and gave us water, Johnathan, and Stephannie! I am truly appalled with my experience at this facility but the few that were friendly eased up some tension. May God Bless America and soften all people with hard hearts to be kind! read more

Caliber Collision has done an excellent job every time I brought my vehicle in for service. Their staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I receive prompt service and accurate estimates from them. They inspect the work they do before I receive my vehicle back so there aren't any problems when I come to pick up my vehicle. I have used them several times and plan to use them in the future if or when needed. I highly recommend them. read more

Caliber Collison has great customer service, after my daughters car was wrecked in a fender-bender,Caliber came highly recommended. Although the parts for her car were on backorder for a distinct time Caliber did not shy to give me constant updates on her car. They ensured that the steps between them and our insurance went smoothly and ultimately repaired my daughters car looking brand new. I highly recommend their services! read more

Someone hit my daughter's car in the school parking lot, so I took it to Calibre to be repaired. I couldn't be happier with the service and results. Stephanie and the team did an amazing job keeping me informed of progress and status and the car was done 3 weeks ahead of the estimated timeline. I noticed there was one minor thing that needed to be addressed after picking the car up and Calibre fixed it next day. Highly recommend this shop for your auto body repairs. read more

I had a bad wheel rim. Took my car to Caliber because the last time they worked on my car their service was top notch. Again they delivered as promised. It is so nice to know that in this day and age they're is still a company like Caliber that backs up their work. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10. read more

I took my truck in for a estimate in the first week of April of 2021, here it is a month and a half later. They have still yet to get the estimate over to Safe Shield, Danielle tells me they are so busy and she has not got to it yet, but she will tomorrow ! Lmao, they still don't have it. So now this lazy company full of lies has now cost me the price of having to replace my own windshield, due to their laziness and lack of communicatio. now the crack has grown and will not be covered bc you people took your sweet ass time. Thanks a lot ! I took my truck to Service King across the road ! They got the estimate done and over to Safe Shield the same day ! Much better customer service and communication read more

We just had our Accord repaired at the Caliber Collision facility in Stafford (Nelms Circle). They did a fantastic job! The manager (Jim) took the time to evaluate the necessary job requirements and gave us an extremely fair offer. In fact, they beat the estimate at another local body shop (just down the road) by about $1,000. Not only that, when we picked up the car, they beat their own estimate and saved us ~$300! They aren't out to rob you by performing unnecessary work. They are super honest.  Additionally, the folks we worked with (Jim and the front office lady) were so nice. The whole transaction could not have been a more pleasant experience. We will certainly use them again if we ever have the misfortune of another fender bender (or worse). Thank you, Jim! Great job! read more

Amazing customer service. I can't thank or laud Greg Tapia enough! He went out of his way to explain the repair process down into detail, and the insurance claim process as well. This shop is well run; efficient and friendly, and the folks all seemed to enjoy being there (hint: if workers all walk around with frowns, that means they're not happy and you won't be either). Quick work done right the first time. I will definitely go back if I ever need to. read more

Caliber gave great service in the repair of my truck. It had been rear-ended resulting in damage to the rear bumper and trailer hitch.

My insurance listed this place. As a preferred body shop. I think they have bumped their heads! They don't know anything about mechanical work, or about body work for that matter! Please stay clear of this shop and just maybe another location may have a clue! They will cause you problems further down the line and when things go bad who is going to cover that issue, they will blame you! if something seriously goes wrong, it will cost the owner not the shop! Luckily i have some idea about cars or the engine may have blown up! Very poor job as far as I am concerned! Caliber will be the last place me or my family will take their vehicles for repairs! read more

Our van was brought to Caliber Collision after an accident recently. All my nerves and aggravation were eased as soon as Service Advisor, Casey Lahey spoke to me. She went over every single detail of the process we were about to go through. She was easy to work with, attentive to all my questions, and made a terrible situation bearable. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and hope you are as lucky as I was to have Casey as your service advisor! read more

I have a spoiler that I bought for my car and decided I wanted Caliber Collision to paint it for me based on the reviews I saw on google. They say don't judge a book buy its cover, well in this case this is the opposite. I had went in yesterday(9/25/2017) to ask them if they would paint the spoiler for me and someone who I'm guessing is the manager said it's their policy that they can't paint anything the shop doesn't receive or something along those lines. To me that doesn't sound right because I've had a couple friends go to the location off Lafayette Blvd and get worked done on parts that was not received by Caliber Collision with no problem, The only reason I went to the crappy location off Rt 17 is that I was close to there that day. They potentially lost a repeat customer by refusing my service. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY CALIBER COLLISION. I would rather take my vehicle or parts to a Mom and Pop body shop that's well known then to a Body Shop that refuses service to someone. read more
