I took my 6 month old corgi puppy to Barks, Bones, & Biscuits Bakery for grooming, and I couldn't be happier! Kat did an amazing job--she hand-scissored the cutest little heart shape on his backside and was somehow able to file down his long nails (which I haven't managed before). My pup absolutely loved her, and it's clear she really cares about the dogs she works with. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! read more

Staff was really great! They trimmed my dogs nails and were very gentle!! The only issue I had was I asked to use the restroom (had been doing errands all morning and felt like my bladder was going to explode lol). They said no, even though they obviously have one (worker looked at her manager and they told her no). I was a paying customer. I would completely understand if I just walked in and asked to use the bathroom. Was going to buy some ear medicine for my dog but decided not to just based on that. read more

Very knowledgeable groomer who did an excellent job giving our fur baby a schnauzer cut. Close to home in Mint Hill, reasonable pricing and a delight to work with. They also have quite a few items for pets such as cling and toys, homemade biscuits. read more

I came in to get a quote for my dogs. I was met with a very rude woman who I can only assume is the owner. She insinuated that my dogs were not licensed or up to date with their shots before I even had the opportunity to inquire. If this is a self-run establishment then treating potential customers with basic respect might benefit more than assumptions. If you cant treat people with respect how is anyone supposed to trust you with their dogs. read more

Ordered this small bone shaped cake for my dog 1st birthday and it was exactly what I asked for. Cake was ready on time at pickup and the baker was so nice and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the store. Everyone loved his cake and so did he! My dogs have been going here for grooming for about a year now. Kat is so great with them. She always cut them exactly how I ask her to. She is so gentle and kind. Before finding this groomer one of my dogs went years without getting his nails cut because no one was able to do it. She was the only one he was comfortable with. The pricing is very reasonable. I had a 3:00 appointment to have my two dachshunds groomed. I showed up a few minutes early and after waiting a minute or two one of the groomers came out of The grooming room and asked what I was needing. I told them that I had a 3:00 appointment. That groomer went back into the room with the other groomers and I can hear them say he said he had a 3:00 appointment. I waited for 5 minutes, looking at the groomers through the window in The grooming room, waiting on someone to tell me whether or not they were going to actually take my dogs. I rearranged my day for this appointment. What a waste of time and horrible, disrespectful customer service. read more

Ok, this lady obviously has some problem keeping employees. I have waited at least 2 months only to find out that she had surgery. They did try to contact me but I confirmed my appt on Wednesday with her admin and to no avail my number was not changed. VERY poor run business! I would not waste your time! read more

I've dropped by numerous times the door is always locked there's no one available even though it's during business hours that are listed I've called to set up an appointment so woman was extremely disorganized and then became rude on the phone and abruptly hung up when I corrected her that my dog is not a baby find someone else this lady clearly doesn't understand good customer service. read more

Today was my first visit to have my dog groomed. Robyn was friendly and kind toward me and Charlie and I felt safe leaving him with her. I dropped in here on a whim last week after getting my wife some ice cream next door at Carolina Creamery. My dog deserved a treat too, and the sign outside advertised ice cream for dogs. The house-made dog ice cream is lactose-free and comes in a peanut butter and a bacon flavor. I got one of each for my dog, and he loved them and didn't have any stomach issues after eating them. I also picked up some house-made dehydrated sweet potatoes. Prices were fair, and service was great. The owner told me that they have outgrown their space at this location and will be moving in the near future. I'll definitely be going back! read more
