My sister's dog died while in this organization's care. I would not leave my animal with such a negligent facility.

I paid $40 a month and was happy with the environment. I must admit on a surface level, this is the best dog park in Austin. Amenities include a completely astroturfed playground, large flatscreen TVs, and fans for each of the guests. Caution, the glamour hides ugly business practices. Come to find out, the women employees get paid less than the male employees. The owner consistently disrespects his employees by yelling at them. I've seen employees cry because of the way he treats them. My experience: Many dog parents throw birthday celebrations for their pet. We're all responsible and we clean up after ourselves. They're peaceful celebrations. I had the decency to ask for permission to throw my dog a birthday party. They told me they were going to charge me a $500 fee even though I wasn't asking for anything beyond permission. I purchased gifts to give out for all attendees. my generosity was met with malice. Mid-celebration the owner texted me a long, unfriendly message telling me to FaceTime them. My membership was then suspended, but I guess they decided to revoke it without communication. They continued to charge me for the membership, even though I no longer had access. They chose to lose my business of over one year, which amounts to almost $500, over a dog's birthday party, generous of all guests. Choose wisely where you spend your dollars. A membership here supports unethical practices.

The natural environment is peaceful even with many visitors. Trails are ideal for walks, and tree cover gives shade on hot days. Parking is limited, but attentive dog owners help keep play safe. Red Bud Isle is a must visit for dog owners in Austin. It's scenic, spacious, and offers a true off leash experience that feels more like a mini adventure than a simple park visit. If your dog loves nature, water, and making new friends, this spot is hard to beat.

I will say that, but it's totally worth it. If you have to wait a bit to get a spot it's a small loop and when you get to the end of the trail on the other side, there's gorgeous trees in the most beautiful view that I think some of Austin's trails have to offer. They also have a couple stands with poop bags and it is an off-leash dog park so keep that in mind but since it also is kind of like a trail they walk around and they follow their owners mostly and then in between some areas, the dogs play and some of them even jump into the water and stuff, but I wouldn't really recommend that because the water isn't super super clean but overall just such a good spot to take your furry friend or just to go take a walk in the morning or afternoon!

I have left messages (when your answering system worked, which was rarely). I even spoke to someone in December, who assured me they'd cancel my account. There is NOWHERE on your app to cancel a membership. You have continued to fraudulently charge my credit card FOR 3 MONTHS (December, January and now February). I have reported you to my bank and placed a stop payment on your company. I plan to go on social media today and WARN EVERYONE in reviews of what you do. This is THEFT.

Luna and Hush LOVE it here! It can be a bit dusty as it is dirt and mulch so be ready to get dirty! The first time we went their handler was amazing! I am not sure what happened yesterday (Sunday the 11th) but I didn't see a handler. There was a few humans that could have been directed by a handler; ex: leashes on dogs in the park and kids with dog treats. Luckily nothing big came from it but usually these things are big no no's at parks because it can cause some fights. Otherwise, Tailgate is amazing! We drive from South Austin to bring our kids and they are so happy to run and play and have their day! I will totally be going back and bringing any friend who I can wrangle!

Stretching along Shoal Creek, the park offers a mix of shaded walking and biking trails, open lawns, and beautifully restored natural areas. It is hard to believe when you are in the park that you are in the heart of central Austin. The park is especially family friendly, with a large playground, splash pad, treehouse style observation area, and plenty of seating. While we were at the park a school was hosting a picnic for its students. The northern portion of the park is even more quiet and scenic, with winding trails, limestone bluffs, and creek views. It's a great area for dog walks, leisurely strolls, picnics, workouts, or just relaxing under the trees. The park is well maintained and welcoming to all ages. This park is very special.

The stream nearby adds a peaceful touch, and the overall design of the park feels really intentional and creative. Kids will go crazy for the massive playground and all the interactive installations. The hanging net sphere is a must, you can lie inside and bounce around, and honestly the adults were just as into it as the little ones. There are also food vendors including ice cream, so you can easily spend a whole afternoon here. One of the most well-done parks I've been to. Highly recommend.

My dad and mum take me here when we are in town and this is my favorite place to run around. Even though I'm just a pup, the grownup doggies teach me new things like how to play chase, sniff and aimlessly run around. I haven't totally braved the water park just yet, but watching the retrievers jump in and fetch has started to build my interest. I did get in the pool up to my chest and got dirty enough to need a bath, but not fully committed to jump in yet. I think if I play it wisely, I'll milk it for all it's worth and probably will get a few more trips in before I take the plunge. Luckily, the park has multiple wash stations on the way in/out, so my humans can clean me up nicely before our ride home. Not my favorite thing to do, but since it's a doggie dog world, I have to live by their rules. Now that I'm 7 months old and weigh 30 pounds, I can play in the large dog area which is much more fun for me. When I was under 30 pounds, I used the small dog area which is overall a bit smaller in size, and the grass is a bit "ruff", so not as much fun. Also too many yapping pups there for my taste. So if you have the zoomies and are in the area, come by and say hi, or come play with me as I'm looking for new friends all the time. I'll be the black /white pup with the one blue eye, the Australian accent and hanging out next to the pool.
