BARk House Social is everything the east side has been missing!!! The newest dog park/bar in town finally has a full bar AND indoor seating!! The outside space is beautiful Astro turf, with a rocky area and soon to be splash pad!! There's a gorgeous interior bar and restrooms as well as a covered patio, plenty of space to WFH while the pups play!! There's a food truck, and soon there will be QR codes in the tables to order and have everything brought right out to you! The staff is SO unbelievably kind and welcoming and we cannot wait to see this place take off! Welcome to the east side, BARk House, we're so so excited to have you!!

We love this place and our dog arrow is always excited to come. We bought a monthly pass and have been here several times in the last couple weeks. The staff is awesome and very personable, and professional. Everyone we've met have all been very nice and considerate. They do events for both the dogs and the owners. We came to the Y2K party and they're having a Super Bowl party Sunday.

This place is amazing!!! I've been to a couple other paid dog parks in Austin and Bark House Social is the best. Full bar and serves food! I've had the cosmopawliton and the mutt mule, both were delicious. I haven't tried their food yet. I wanted to on a Tuesday although the kitchen was closed. I'm a single dog mom, new to Austin, and it's a great place to meet people. I brought a date there and had such a good time. The bartender Jacob was so sweet taking orders from the outside benches. The staff are in control monitoring dogs. My sweet Portuguese Water Dog can get a little too extra and he might annoy other dogs by playing too rough. The staff really knows how to diffuse the situation so I can relax while sipping my cocktails. They also pick up poop and hose down the fake grass if your dog has diarrhea. Ten out of ten would highly recommend

Absolutely loved this place. The drinks, the environment, and the employees were all great. Plenty of seating and a lot of room for the dogs to run around. They also have coffee and matcha which is another bonus for people who don't really drink alcohol. Dogs must have updated vaccines btw. $15 for day pass or $45 monthly

What a fabulous place with great music, WiFi, coffee, dogs, dog park, dog splash pad and dog "bouncers" to help manage the park. The park has turf so dogs don't get filthy! Humans free, dogs with a fee and mush have vaccines. Great place to cowork or just come have a coffee, cocktail, beer or yummy mocktail (ask Robby for his rec!) Robby and King were so very welcoming and kind to humans and dogs. I didn't want to leave.

I paid $40 a month and was happy with the environment. I must admit on a surface level, this is the best dog park in Austin. Amenities include a completely astroturfed playground, large flatscreen TVs, and fans for each of the guests. Caution, the glamour hides ugly business practices. Come to find out, the women employees get paid less than the male employees. The owner consistently disrespects his employees by yelling at them. I've seen employees cry because of the way he treats them. My experience: Many dog parents throw birthday celebrations for their pet. We're all responsible and we clean up after ourselves. They're peaceful celebrations. I had the decency to ask for permission to throw my dog a birthday party. They told me they were going to charge me a $500 fee even though I wasn't asking for anything beyond permission. I purchased gifts to give out for all attendees. my generosity was met with malice. Mid-celebration the owner texted me a long, unfriendly message telling me to FaceTime them. My membership was then suspended, but I guess they decided to revoke it without communication. They continued to charge me for the membership, even though I no longer had access. They chose to lose my business of over one year, which amounts to almost $500, over a dog's birthday party, generous of all guests. Choose wisely where you spend your dollars. A membership here supports unethical practices.

While we were at the park a school was hosting a picnic for its students. The northern portion of the park is even more quiet and scenic, with winding trails, limestone bluffs, and creek views. It's a great area for dog walks, leisurely strolls, picnics, workouts, or just relaxing under the trees. The park is well maintained and welcoming to all ages. This park is very special.

There are also food vendors including ice cream, so you can easily spend a whole afternoon here. One of the most well-done parks I've been to. Highly recommend.

The fenced area gives me peace of mind, and there's enough space for dogs to actually play instead of just circle around. Bonus: it's super close to Mueller Lake Park, so you can easily make it part of a longer walk or hangout. Water stations and waste bags are usually stocked, which I appreciate, especially on hot Texas days. It can get a little busy during peak hours, but honestly that just adds to the social vibe if your dog likes other pups. Solid neighborhood dog park--simple, convenient, and reliable. If they can build amazing parks for human kids, why not for ours too?! The park needs grass, trees, shade, more seating and space for dogs to roam comfortably. It just doesn't seem like a spot that's designed with pets in mind, but more of a item on their checklist of spaces to create for the park. Mueller Dog Park has been overrun with the stench of urine and uninvolved parents. Mueller is supposed to be a nice, safe, and more sophisticated spot. But after a few minutes, my three fur kiddos were ready to head home... don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

I fortunately just so happen to see one woman walking her dogs and followed her in that direction but i swear to you she was walking fast as to not give this place away hahah! She actually disappeared onto another trail and couldnt find her.. (like Alice and Wonderland and the white rabbit style).. finally I heard splashing! I looked to my right and saw a weird trail that went down a steep side hill. So I followed the noise.. its pretty steep so be careful! After the brush and trees cleared THERE IT WAS! CLEAR, COOL WATER!! It was shallow when I got there and only about 8 people were there at 1pm during a Saturday. As time goes on it gets deeper and the water rises! Also more people start coming too. It feels sooooo amazing! You can grab a chair and just sit in the middle drinking and cooling off. Dog friendly! I spent a few hours with my boy before heading back. I live for finding places like this!
