As for the dog park area... it's a wonky and warped medium-sized lot that's fenced in. Water bowls are spread throughout, along with patio chairs that neighbors likely donated, and the majority of it is shaded. This dog park seems to be maintained by the community. There was a giant water jug that one kind gentleman kept refilling the bowls. Outside the bark park you'll find the water refill and rinsing station. My dog had a great time, and would probably give this spot a solid 5-stars.

I borrowed their restroom to do an outfit change, then ordered a drink because I felt bad taking up space while waiting for another nearby business to open where my event was being hosted. It was fun to watch the staff and patrons laugh together and see "neighborhood camaraderie". One of the staff was celebrating a birthday so I joined in on the singing to him! Also, just to note that there's only a combo "human and dog" entrance, I was trying to locate a solo "human" entrance but I don't think there is one. I've seen employees cry because of the way he treats them. My experience: Many dog parents throw birthday celebrations for their pet. We're all responsible and we clean up after ourselves. They're peaceful celebrations. I had the decency to ask for permission to throw my dog a birthday party. They told me they were going to charge me a $500 fee even though I wasn't asking for anything beyond permission. I purchased gifts to give out for all attendees. my generosity was met with malice. Mid-celebration the owner texted me a long, unfriendly message telling me to FaceTime them. My membership was then suspended, but I guess they decided to revoke it without communication. They continued to charge me for the membership, even though I no longer had access. They chose to lose my business of over one year, which amounts to almost $500, over a dog's birthday party, generous of all guests. Choose wisely where you spend your dollars. A membership here supports unethical practices.

The concept is quite similar to Yard Bar, right down to the mulch. The bar offers canned beer, wine, cider, sodas, and water. The restrooms are porta-potties, but the one I used was clean. The park features many large trees and plenty of shade. Three Rufferees were present at all times, and I thought the use of walkie-talkies was a nice touch. The front desk informs the Rufferees of the dogs' names, which is quite cute. I do wish the bar provided water for humans; instead, you have to purchase a can of Liquid Death. There was ample parking available. Overall, it was a decent experience, and we plan to return when we have more time to make the drive.

I came for a group trail run through the 250-acre Onion Creek Greenbelt. The park was clean and in great shape. There is a gravel loop around the park that is about 800 m. However, the draw for me was the nature trails in the park that are not too technical but offer a safe introduction to trail running. The trail was about 4 miles long and is fairly flat with a few steep areas. It was a great place to explore the trails whether hiking or running and connect with nature.

It's a great area for dog walks, leisurely strolls, picnics, workouts, or just relaxing under the trees. The park is well maintained and welcoming to all ages. This park is very special.

I looked to my right and saw a weird trail that went down a steep side hill. So I followed the noise.. its pretty steep so be careful! After the brush and trees cleared THERE IT WAS! CLEAR, COOL WATER!! It was shallow when I got there and only about 8 people were there at 1pm during a Saturday. As time goes on it gets deeper and the water rises! Also more people start coming too. It feels sooooo amazing! You can grab a chair and just sit in the middle drinking and cooling off. Dog friendly! I spent a few hours with my boy before heading back. I live for finding places like this!
