I wanted a cut and the response was if I can't he will get a bath and trim. When I got the call he said that my dog was to nosey and all he got was a bath & a trim. I wanted to speak to the groomer when I arrived to pick him up and felt like I was a bother. Was told that he needed to get use to grooming - given a form by someone else on tips to get him use to grooming. My boy is 4 months and 2nd visit ever. When I called and asked questions prior to bringing him the person over the phone said the groomer will call you along the way and let me know. I was called at the end. As much as I love the store and all the things they have for dogs. I will not be returning for grooming services only as a shopper. I'll be going back to Dale at Petco who gave my boy a bath and a deeper trim than what he was given at PetSmart. The customer service was lack luster. I feel I deserved better communication in the end not being treated with compassion. My goal is to find a groomer that I can stay with as a dog mom. Definitely not the PetSmart team.

When Max turned 4 months I decided to take the puppy level 1 class. The course is a 6-week introductory class that focused on socialization, basic behaviors and cues, specifics concerns I had such as potty training, chewing, teething, and more. The trainer was great and taught me positive reinforced techniques that Max got right away. At home we would practice daily for about 10 minutes to reinforce what he learned. Max loved the class and looked forward to going weekly and was very eager to learn. While taking the course we were told that they had puppy play time every Saturday and Sunday at 1pm. I began taking Max weekly for the 30 minute free playtime and he loved it.

I signed the waiver and left while they "BUTCHERED" my Rocket. Everyone in the shop attempted to warn me of what to expect, but I was beyond SHOCKED! I saw a couple of chicken feet but then she was telling me about the different varieties of food that they have and vegetables you know can pumpkin stuff like that that I give my dog as well so I ended up getting a few chicken feet and I ended up getting some duck grind raw food for my fur child and they gave me a few samples of some other items that he really enjoyed. I'll definitely come back here to get some treats or food for my dog because they was very knowledgeable about every brand of dog food that they carry but also just they cater to you and give you the ultimate customer service so they get a five hour five and most definitely be back. It's great to have places like this in your community. That's strive to make you happy but also make your dogs happy.

They know their products extremely well. They help me with any questions I have about feed, feeders, attachments, binoculars, seriously anything! They are always willing to go the extra mile (as in the other review) to help you. Carry to your car, deliver, whatever you may need they sure do focus on making your shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. I've been to a few of their events and those are cool too! Them and the quality of their products alone have made my new bird hobby more enjoyable and exciting. I always want to buy something new, try new feed or treats, and always enjoy a cup of coffee on my deck watching my "bird kids". The store is always clean, readily supplied, everything displayed nicely, and complementary coffee and/or snack by the front door. My Mom goes to the Roswell store and I always try to get her to come to this one just because of the people. The price of bird seed may be higher than other stores but the quality of the seed makes it worth it. The "no-mess" is my FAVORITE! The birds too of course ;). I have my feeder(s) on my deck railing and it doesn't leave a mess. The quality of the food is better for them too rather than the store bought. The store bought tends to contain a lot of things birds will not eat/don't like so they kick it out of the feeders.
