    Awesome! Carole is so sweet and groomed our boy exactly as we asked. Upon arriving, she spoke to us and asked how we wanted his first haircut to be, then met our pup, Dexter. She gave me some business cards with her info on it & a form for me to fill out with my information and his. She opened her van and let us see the inside setup then told us the steps she'd be taking to complete the job. It took roughly 40-45 mins from start to finish, not long at all. And I was able to pay/tip with credit card, such ease. Our boy is so handsome and we're looking forward to his next grooming with her!

    Carole with Barkbark Boutique Dog Grooming is an amazing groomer. I have been taking my 2 dogs - Mika shih tzu and Kona Pomeranian - to Carole for grooming since they were puppies. So happy we found her. She truly cares and loves all animals. Carole became like a family to us. Kona and Mika (our fur babies) love and adore her too. She is amazing taking care of our doggies. We look forward to many years of seeing Carole's smile, her loving personality and amazing grooming for our pets. Highly recommend.

    Carole contacted me to offer her services to these 2 pups I am helping to get adopted. As you can see, they were not in good condition. With matted and urine soaked fur that was way too long, bad paw beds, and ingrown nails. I immediately knew i had to work with her to get these pups looking fresh! Carole has a mobile grooming station so she went to the dogs, and she was really easy to coordinate with! She gave each pup THREE baths, hair cuts, nail trims, and facials They are summer-heat and adoption ready!! Thanks so much for getting these pups smelling fresh and looking sharp

The service is still amazing and very caring to the dogs, and Des is modernizing the operations with on-line bookings and automated reminders....very cool. I am on the 4th generation of my dogs, where I bring all 4 dogs for grooming/spa treatment. They all come out looking great. Des is very mindful of the dogs state of mind and does everything to try to provide a calm atmosphere for the dogs. For the caring service and great grooming the dogs receive, her rates are very reasonable. They actually seem to look forward to their spa treatment, unlike when I take them to the Vet.

I walked in and…read morechecked in and she seemed a little overwhelmed/wanting to get the day done with (we were her last client of the day). She asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I let her know I wanted a mohawk style cut and she said she didn't understand what I wanted, I then tried to show her using my dogs body and she was still confused and started getting an attitude. She told me to pick a blade size before she could proceed and I tried telling her that I wanted to first show her what I meant and she ignored it and walked away and turned off the music and then started to walk back. My mom had been with me and told me I should leave and not allow her to cut my dog. She must've overheard my mom say this because her attitude immediately shifted and she became a little bubbly and kinder. I let her know I didn't want the mohawk anymore because it seemed too difficult to communicate with her what I wanted and I would just do a trim all over and to round his face out. She then let me know typically only poodles do that cut and asked if I was sure I wanted that cut (completely unnecessary comment). I let her know he has been getting groomed and that is his typical cut when we don't do something fun/funky. I only stayed because my dog was in need of a haircut and I was already there. I really hoped the haircut would come out great since it was the same cut on his entire body and then just face shaping and she made it a point to let me know she's been a stylist for 30 years. I had to fix up the parts that were extremely uneven and I fixed behind his ears which were not groomed in the same places. She also let me know when I picked him up how much of a good boy he was for her so I'm even more confused by the uneven cutting. I will definitely not be returning and I am so disappointed by her service because the guy (Chris) who booked my appointment was so friendly and helpful.

    Wanted to upgrade my axolotl's tank and get a better quality filter. Stopped by pet depot after…read morework and was helped by Carina. She was very friendly and helpful, told her what the tank was for and what I was kinda looking for and she showed me some options. She then took me to her computer and showed me the dimensions of the tank I was looking at( just to make sure it'll fit on my stand at home) I called them back when I measured it and she told me she would have her boss call me and send me an invoice for the tank. Fast forward bought the tank and told them I'd pick it up the next day after work. Come that day to pick up my tank Ryan (the manager) helped me. I told him I wanted a good quality filter so I wouldn't have to really maintain it all the time. He was veryyyyy helpful and knowledge!! He gave me a few options of the filters, the best ones and the ones that he wouldn't recommend for my fish.He also gave me pointers on how to keep my axolotl cold. (They can only be in cold water) bought the filter (oase filtosmart thermo 200) he recommended and Ryan actually showed us how it works and how to set it up. $500 later, we had the whole set up. Even though it was pricy, I rather pay for the good quality things cuz who wants to keep wasting money on cheap/ meh quality. We tried setting it up when we got home and for some reason the water wasn't going through the tubes. I called pet depot and George offered to FaceTime us to see where we were wrong and walk us through the steps. 15 minutes later the filter worked and my axolotl couldn't be any happier! I truly want to thank all these people for their TRUE Customer service. I honestly haven't been this blown away with this kind of customer service in a really looong time. They went FAR and BEYOND just for us. They gave us their honest opinion and went that extra mile face timing us!! I still can't believe it! Thank youuu soooooo much for alllll the help!! Very much appreciated it! So anyone that needs any pet supplies pls go to this store! 10000%% worth it!

We used to go to PetSmart before this but the prices are just outrageous nowadays. The prices here are extremely reasonable at about $75 cash and a few extra dollars if you pay card. I love the pictures they send at the end of their session that go by monthly themes! This place is located across the street from Saver's in Waipahu. There's typically always parking, especially in the morning. During the weekend, parking is sometimes tough. We recommend Royalty Groomers and especially Nicole! You can't beat the care and prices your pet receives here.

Our groomer was Steven and he did a fantastic job on his grooming, nails and ensuring our puppy had a comfortable and positive first experience! Our puppy's coat is silky smooth and he smells great! When we picked him up we could tell by his demeanor that he had a really great first experience. We immediately booked our second grooming with Steven. I truly feel we have found our grooming home here. We even got a cute photo at the end of the grooming. So glad we found this place!

But members have discounts which dropped the price to $3.45 (tax included). Price = 5 stars. But to get to purchase it is another story. Strange vibe from person catching the fish, basically told me, "what do I want, how many, is that all, go wait by the cashier, I'll bring you the fish", sure took a long time to catch the fishes compared to other shops. Did not mention any discounts and I didn't see any signs stating discounts. Then I go to the cashier, she ask for phone number, told her I don't want to give it to her. Didn't realize she was trying to get my membership number pulled up. Took out my credit card to pay and was told I'm not allowed make a purchase, so questioned her that I buy fish food from their Honolulu location, what does she mean I'm not allowed to make a purchase, then she clarified that since I'm not a member I'm not allowed to purchase live animals including fishes. I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly and restated back to her, so I have to be a member to purchase fish, she said yes, if not they couldn't sell me fish. So I question her, the fish in the bag will have to go back in the tank? She says yes. Silence..... So on my end I state, can I sign up to be a member, and from there it moved on to purchasing the fish. For those who want to return dead fish - the cashier explained to me the rules, bring back dead fish within 30 days, bring receipt, and bring some of the aquarium water (as they test the water), need these 3 items or they can't give you a return. The people that I interacted with kind of threw me off, almost like I were dealing with robots, I'm sure they are very nice people. But it got me thinking, what if I told fish person, I want 5 of this, 5 of that and 5 of that fishes, I'm pretty sure would have took +15 minutes to bring to the cashier. Then I tell cashier I don't have a membership, and we just stare at each other like robots. Get rid of the membership requirement to buy fishes.
