    Went right after my lash appointment as they are both at Mililani Town Center…read more Grandpup's birthday is this weekend. Looked at the bandanas, clothes, toys and snacks. Found some items then stood in line to get the gift cards. While the cashier was ringing me up she stopped and asked, Is that rain? Sure enough. No parking stalls right outside their door. Hurriedly dashed to my car with my 5 items for Grandpup. Picking up Lunch and bank will have to wait til tomorrow. Cloudburst!!! At least accomplished 2 of the 4 errands today. I can work on her birthday card later this afternoon.

    This review is exclusively for the GROOMING services only…read more I hesitated to leave my first review, but I felt that perhaps the manager ,or the public, would benefit from the feedback. Maybe I'll share my experience with corporate. From the moment I arrived, I did not feel welcomed. The groomer who I shall reference as "flower" did not smile or even say hello. I initiated communication regarding my appointment and details. There was absolutely no warmth, no greeting, not even eye contact, NOTHING but a strict transactional stare into her computer with irritation in the tone of her voice when she acknowledged my appointment. I had to request for clarification of my services since nothing was communicated back to me regarding what the groomer was intending to do. It would seem reasonable, or friendly at the very least, to communicate and confirm the services of the appointment? Upon completion of the service and retrieving my family member, I entered the service room and, yet again, the groomer didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence with a simple and courteous customer service focused greeting given a smile would have been asking of too much from this individual. With just a transactional stare into her computer, she asked "did you pay?" Perhaps making an effort to make your customers feel welcomed, acknowledged, and most importantly, appreciated, would strengthen your relationships and forgive any of your shortcomings. As we locals say "everyone knows everybody." I definitely hesitate to return to this location and will most definitely be staying away from the strong stench of this wilting flower. Outcome of grooming service: 3 star Customer services of flower: 1 star Mahalo!

All they need is a driveway or designated area on the street to park. No travel fees. - The staff are so gentle and kind with your pups. Friendly towards dogs of all sizes. Please advice that pet temperament should be appropriate and in the best interest of the staff. Please be safe! - Wide variety of services offered. Nail trims, showers, cuts can all be done with Pono Pups. - REASONABLY PRICED! The prices are comparable to bigger companies and stores. I pay 30.00 per dog for nail trims and buffs not including tip. Cash or card payments accepted. - Quality services. Period. I trust Pono Pups with my dogs and that they are getting quality care every five weeks. Nails are trimmed and filed down without blood. My dogs are comfortable and cooperative. I would happily recommend this service to anyone who may have transportation issues OR anxiety issues in your pets. If you have questions just call them! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Customer service is 10/10. Pono Pups has made receiving pet grooming care so much easier and convenient.

    I have been going to Pet Haven for over 20+ years ever since I moved to Kapolei. Cheryl was the…read moreoriginal owner and I was always pleased with her cuts and care she provided to my 4 dogs. It is now 2025/2026 and Cheryl's younger sister has taken over the business with Cheryl semi-retiring. The service is still amazing and very caring to the dogs, and Des is modernizing the operations with on-line bookings and automated reminders....very cool. I am on the 4th generation of my dogs, where I bring all 4 dogs for grooming/spa treatment. They all come out looking great. Des is very mindful of the dogs state of mind and does everything to try to provide a calm atmosphere for the dogs. For the caring service and great grooming the dogs receive, her rates are very reasonable. They actually seem to look forward to their spa treatment, unlike when I take them to the Vet.

I walked in and…read morechecked in and she seemed a little overwhelmed/wanting to get the day done with (we were her last client of the day). She asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I let her know I wanted a mohawk style cut and she said she didn't understand what I wanted, I then tried to show her using my dogs body and she was still confused and started getting an attitude. She told me to pick a blade size before she could proceed and I tried telling her that I wanted to first show her what I meant and she ignored it and walked away and turned off the music and then started to walk back. My mom had been with me and told me I should leave and not allow her to cut my dog. She must've overheard my mom say this because her attitude immediately shifted and she became a little bubbly and kinder. I let her know I didn't want the mohawk anymore because it seemed too difficult to communicate with her what I wanted and I would just do a trim all over and to round his face out. She then let me know typically only poodles do that cut and asked if I was sure I wanted that cut (completely unnecessary comment). I let her know he has been getting groomed and that is his typical cut when we don't do something fun/funky. I only stayed because my dog was in need of a haircut and I was already there. I really hoped the haircut would come out great since it was the same cut on his entire body and then just face shaping and she made it a point to let me know she's been a stylist for 30 years. I had to fix up the parts that were extremely uneven and I fixed behind his ears which were not groomed in the same places. She also let me know when I picked him up how much of a good boy he was for her so I'm even more confused by the uneven cutting. I will definitely not be returning and I am so disappointed by her service because the guy (Chris) who booked my appointment was so friendly and helpful.
