I called the store and was connected with a very sweet, nice understanding associate named Paola. He was very warm and welcoming and upon me, letting him know that I called and spoke to Paola he was aware of the situation and had my food ready to go. He was also very sweet and understanding and very apologetic. They went over and beyond with making this right by giving me not only a remade salad, but also a free entrée on them for next time to make up for this issue. I tried really hard for Sebastian to not issue this out as I believe he had already made it right, but he insisted that I take the free entrée item for next time as they are sincere apologies.
